Vendono tariffe ma non le conoscono, non sanno dare informazioni riguardo gli scaglioni di peso di un singolo corriere o la suddivisione in fasce della one EU, secondo loro dovresti fare simulazioni Kilo per Kilo per ogni paese. Package worth 3500 euros lost 4 months ago, no information. After two weeks, they just closed the ticket. Since then I've been desperately trying to get reimbursed for the insurance I took out (I paid extra for this insurance): nobody answers. We end up talking in a chatbox that says it will put us in touch with the right team, but we're never put in touch with anyone. No response by e-mail either, it's simply scandalous!!

packlink pro può funzionare ottimamente con i tanti servizi ma shopify richiede obbligatoriamente un abbonamento avanzato per poterla utilizzare. da app gratuita quindi diviene conseguentemente (ma indirettamente) molto costosa

Quand tout va bien, l'application est géniale. Par contre des qu'un colis est perdu, le service client n'est plus la ... Obligé de passer par eux en plus pour faire des reclamations. Bref passez directement par les transporteurs ou d'autres applications mais pas Packlink ...

If you are planning to get a heart attack or enjoy having anger tantrums a couple of times a week this app is definitely for you!!! No help whatsoever!!!! You try to contact carriers instead, but they say they can't help you because Packlink has to contact them in your name. I had to pay 45 euros for a return shipment from Italy to Spain. They gave me an erroneous label twice. I had to contact the customer 3 times to share 3 different labels. After that, they collected the package but instead of TNT they brought it to UPS, only god knows why. The package was lost for a week. UPS contacted my customer saying they have the package in their office but they don't know why naturally, it was supposed to be brought to TNT. The package is still at the UPS office in Milan, I have been waiting for 3 days for them to collect the package from where they left and bring it to BCN. I contacted Packlink maybe 250 times during this process, but they can't be bothered to call TNT and tell them to collect my package from UPS office, which is apparently on the same street according to the customer. I definitely lost the customer, I cannot make the refund before receiving the items. And, after what happened I cannot charge the customer for the refund now lost 45 euros for the shipment, additionally, I had to give the customer a 10% discount, luckily we know she never gonna use it. Can't get back my products back, nor do I know if they are ok. The value of the items is around 150 Euros. And, I still can't get any help. Today, without any shame they told me again to call TNT knowing that they wouldn't help me, I was about to throw my laptop out of the window. Nonostante il servizio clienti sia veloce, purtroppo i tempi in caso di problemi sulle spedizioni (non avendo un contratto e contatto diretto con lo spedizioniere) sono biblici. Il servizio di tracking inoltre non funziona bene e non fa capire dove esattamente si trovi il pacco.

Le service client est catastrophique. Ils ont un système d'assurance des colis indépendant du prestataire de livraison et n'espèrez jamais voir une indemnisation lorsque vous avez un problème (ce qui est très problématique lorsqu'un colis est volé, perdu, détérioré et que vous aviez payé une assurance). Par ailleurs, le fait de devoir attendre quelques mois pour avoir un système de facturation mensuel est très chronophage et problématique d'un point de vue comptable (vous devez réaliser autant de saisie que vous envoyez de commandes...) Il servizio funziona bene, ma per utilizzarlo devo uscire da shopify ed entrare su packlink pro tramite pagina web. Da app mi appare solo una schermata inutilizzabile. Per il resto ho trovato l'assistenza ed il servizio clienti molto professionali e preparati. Sono stato anche aiutato nel risolvere problematiche inerenti le spedizioni. Quanto sopra fintantochè non ci sono problemi, poi ti abbandonano. Nello specifico ho fatto una spedizione di 3 kg (comprovata da fattura di vendita essendo la spedizione collegata al negozio). Dopo più di un mese mi arriva un addebito extra perchè il pacco a detta del corriere pesava 18,2 kg.. Ora a parte la tardiva comuncazione, Packlink chiede prova fotografica del pacco con peso del pacco con bilancia e misure col metro, come se ogni volta che uno spedisce un pacco deve schedare l'invio. Non basta la fattura fattura e il DDT? Mi domando perchè nello specifico da 3 kg a 18 c'è notevole differenza e un erogatore subacqueo non può pesare 18 kg. Quindi dimenticatevi un supporto da parte di packlink quando si tratta di prendere soldi furtivamente sono molto bravi.

Publicidad engañosa. Te inhabilitan la aplicación y te piden que llames por teléfono, donde te dicen que debes pagar para usarla A PARTE de las etiquetas. Deberían revisar esta aplicación desde moderación por esta práctica engañosa. EDIT: Como veis en la respuesta me piden datos para llamarme y decirme lo mismo, que a pagar la aplicacion o que lo conecte a su pagina. Es decir, APP DE PAGO NO GRATUITA.

Quand tout vas bien et que le client n'indique pas colis non reçu , packlink est correct. Par contre avec colissimo, ils disent; on peux rien faire avec colissimo, c'est eux qui traite les réclamation veuillez les contacter. Mais alors à quoi ça sert de passer par vous ? si vous nous aider pas avec colissimo

Bonjour, Ca fait une quinzaine de jours que nous avons installé l'app sur Shopify. Certes avoir les livraisons à un tarif plus avantageux c'est une super idée MAIS l'app est une catastrophe pour toute la partie de choix de point de retrait!!! Ce n'est pas du tout abouti ! Nous avons pu faire un recettage complet et c'est une tres tres grosse déception. On oubliera le fait que Shopify ne permet pas d'inclure le choix du point de retrait avant paiement (PackLink subissant comme tous les prestataires de Shopify) ce qui rend le parcours client désordonné et déclenche beaucoup d'oubli des clients de sélectionner un point de retrait (donc obliger de passer du temps à recontacter les clients pour les faire choisir). Quand un client doit choisir le point de retrait : 1- Impossible de choisir le point de retrait que l'on veut. Impossible de choisir un point qui serait du coté de son travail par exemple. 2- Impossible pour le client de changer de point de retrait s'il le désire. 3- La liste des points de retrait (ici pour notre utilisation Mondial Relay) n'est pas complète par rapport à tous ceux qui existent sur le site de Mondial Relay. (test en demandant la meme adresse depuis packlink et depuis mondial relay au meme moment) 4- La liste n'est pas trié par distance par rapport à l'adresse postale du client d'ailleurs on se demande comment elle est triée compliquant encore plus la recherche du point relais qui convient. 5- Pas de plan qui s'affiche pour visualiser les points relais autour de l'adresse de contact. Par contre on peut cliquer sur un lien qui ouvre Google maps avec des coordonnées GPS qui malheureusement ne montrent pas toujours correctement le bon lieu !! 6- Pas de lien à donner au client par mail pour qu'il puisse sélectionner son point relais apres coup et que ce soit associé à sa commande. 7- Le bouton "Sélectionner le lieu de dépôt." met trop de temps à apparaitre sur la page récapitulative. Ce qui génère encore plus d'oubli des clients. .... Et on retrouve exactement les mêmes problèmes dans le back office de Pack Link. L'app pour Shopify n'est pas UX, elle n'est pas pratique ni pour le client de la boutique ni pour nous client de Pack Link. Regardez simplement ce qu'a fait Mondial Relay. Pourquoi n'avez vous pas développé la même chose ??? Il suffit juste de les copier. MAIS vous savez quoi avec votre app, vous pourriez avoir un énorme avantage sur Mondial Relay et Shop2shop (à condition de régler les dysfonctionnements cités ci-dessus). Ca serait que le client puisse choisir le point relais qu'il veut non pas en fonction du transporteur mais en fonction de la distance la plus proche du lieu qu'il choisit. Le client dirait seulement qu'il veut voir les points de retrait autour de lui et il choisirait simplement sans distinction entre ceux de Shop2shop ou Mondial Relay. La cela serait un vrai + ! En attendant je ne peux laisser cette app dans cet état sur ma e-boutique. L'UX et le parcours client n'est pas respecté. Or c'est une grosse part de la satisfaction/insatisfaction pour fidéliser... ou pas !

UPDATE: I realised when you subscribed to PackLink, someone from their team will get in touch with you and ask you to leave to a review (which explains why they have lots of good reviews but look at their reviews on Trustpilot!). However, after a year of using PackLink, I can say their customer service is crap. Their processes are poor and don't make sense. The staff on the chat is not knowledgable and always tell you someone will recontact you but no one ever does. I have written emails to them but never ever had a reply. AVOID! WRITTEN BEFORE REALISING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD: Received excellent service from Alan who helped me set up PLP for my small business. He was here for me every time I had a question! Really good prices and everything is pretty easy to us so go for it!!

Unfortunately i have to rewrite my review. Even though I Had/have a great personal consultant with packlink who helped me getting startet with it, the customer service is one of the worse i ever had to deal with - to a point that they wouldn't even answer anymore - to my latest Emails on OPEN CASES. When you buy a label with packlink and your well packed product arrives damaged, they will NOT refund your shipping costs and your product value or reshipping costs, having unrealistic requests of photographs from different angles and layers of packaging made by the customer BEFORE they open the package ... hello???? Sorry but after losing the time stone, not even doctor strange can turn back time and tell his customer to take picture before opening the package. Besides this u get the info after weeks when it's 100% certain the customer threw the damaged package away and there is no chance these pictures can be done. + you don't get that information on first hand when you talk to the support directly - there they only tell you to send a photo of the damaged packaging and 1 photo from the damaged product - the crazy requests come via email after weeks. In which scenario does someone contact an already disappointed customer after weeks to ask for a variety of pictures, apart from the fact that no customer will still keep damaged packaging and products around. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT and in my eyes very rude and not trustworthy

Clonky and buggy app. Had to add sender details three times as it failed to save or accept it. It couldn't find the post code until you try multiple times. And when we try to add delivery service, a fixed popup comes up that will not go away ("With your Shopify pricing plan, you can generate shipments from the orders tab, but you cannot display our shipping prices to your customers."). Who's got the time to constantly be in touch with support for all these buggy apps if basic features fail?

Son unos estafadores!! Si realmente quieres evitar problemas y ahorrar en tus envíos no utilices esto. Te cobran unos sobrecostes desproporcionados sin previo aviso por 1 centímetro de caja que no es real (siempre utilizamos las mismas cajas) Primero puse una reseña de 5 estrellas pero era demasiado pronto, al final con tantas penalizaciones se pierde dinero. Estafadores de manual, eviten usar esta app!!

The worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life!!!! My customer made an order and just the delivery its self costed £20 as he wanted it express delivery. I find out that apparently the delivery company did not have the information regarding my delivery (I don't know if this was Pack links fault or not) which then led for them to pick it up late, then the 1 day express delivery turned into 7 days. My customer obviously cancelled the order and was not happy. I then tried to contact pack links customer service department via the chat to sort out the cancellation/ diverting the parcel back and they either ignored my messages or took 24-48 hours for an automated random message that didn't answer any of my queries or concerns. The customer service department (or the person i had at least) does not care or want to help. It feels like, after they have taken your money that's their part done. I requested my case to be passed onto someone else but that suggestion had also been ignored. I really do not recommend using pack link - you spend more hours trying to sort out the deliveries yourself and is a complete waste of time. Overall for this one delivery I have been on messages or on the phone for over 4 hours and still not got to the end of it. On another note - they have taken money out of my account without notice or any information to why they are doing it, and I'm still waiting for a reply... assuming I will have to wait another 24-48 hours time due to the lack of care from this company. 1 Star in generous!

I am not happy with service parcel did not arrive and was destroyed i did not recieve notification of this from packlink or ups. my company is now out of pocket as i have sent goods and had to resend parcel. wouldnt recommend.
