Whole app is a joke. Installed this app for a simple form which was perfectly working at the time. Then without any communication, half of my form is now under paid version and doesn't work for my clients (upload photos etcs) At this point the basic shopify form does the same job.

I installed this app after testing the Free version, then upgraded and paid for the full year of the Starter plan. I set up the Autoresponder and found that this developer includes their own Unsubscribe link in the footer and you cannot change it unless you upgrade (again!) to the Pro version, even tho their documentation says you can remove the footer with their info with ANY upgrade. But when you click the link to change it in the settings, a pop-up says you must upgrade to Pro! This is misleading customers and forcing them to upgrade to Pro in order to comply with Anti-spam laws! Their support is useless and I asked for a refund less than 24 hrs after having deleted the app. I hope these guys fix this asap, stop misleading customers to force them into the Pro upgrade (which is valid for one option of "Selected Autoresponders" but I used "All Responders" and per their documentation my upgrade should allow me to change within this option). I emailed these guys several times and they told me to clear my cache and try changing the setting again. I have been a webdesigner for 30 years, I know about caches but regardless it didn't work anywayt. I would not use this app. Autoresponder is a required feature for most store owners and this app is taking advantage of Anti-spam requirements. I reported it to Shopify also. I expect a full refund of the annual fee I paid from this developer immediately. I deleted the app and used it less than 24 hrs. I won't use any other apps from these guys or recommend it to my clients either.

Please note that the feature you requested is under Pro plan only. We would never force you to upgrade in any case, as our team are always ready to issue a refund when needed. We noticed a discrepancy on your account, causing that feature to be showing under Starter plan. However by the time our support team investigated to get back to you with a final update in less than 24 hours only after our last email, we were surprised and sadden to see this review from you unfortunately. We managed to identify the issue in less than 24hrs and our Support Manager had already decided to upgrade your plan to Pro for free in order to compensate for the misunderstanding. However your patience and understanding would've been very considerate during the process. Your satisfaction still remains our priority; we have issued you a full refund and also sent you a personal email with an offer of compensation for any inconvenience caused.

No support help at all. I've literally emailed them over 3 times about a error I'm having with a page. I can't use the page until its fixed. They won't email me back, so I'm going to have to find a different app

would not recommend, very poor customer service that really seems to not know what they are doing. Only by email, foreign, 24 hr plus delay, has really screwed up my Shopify site and cant get it off (they did the install). Hoping this review might make them take notice and get this done after more than four requests.

The app provides an unusable service, why am I being prompted for this? Please cancel my charge! “What happened? You've requested a page on a website (www.powr.io) that is on the Cloudflare network. Unfortunately, it is resolving to an IP address that is creating a conflict within Cloudflare's system. What can I do? If you are the owner of this website: you should login to Cloudflare and change the DNS A records for www.powr.io to resolve to a different IP address.”

Please know the downtime you referenced in your review was not a result of our failure, but caused by our hosting provider, Heroku. Their entire network went down for 6 hours, which in turn directly affected the entire POWR network. I had been using the App for 1 years. untill last year It was working OK. Then I unstalled because I did not anymore. Today I have installed again. It is not working. They tried to update it but they destroyed it. Now it is one of the worst App on Shopify. I never experienced such a lousy support. I am deleting the App even I am losing 17 Usd. "This is a very useful App. I have started using it and I like it. Highly recommended. I did not have need for support, everything is clear" dated 27.04.2023

What a bad app, u can't even contact the support team, due to no one will answer you, since 3 days I'm sending them inquiries with no luck, also be careful, if you use the app on ur website, the pages will load very slow and they will never answer u to solve this issue!

The app was working perfectly fine for a long time. One day however, I noticed that I was missing more than thirty submissions. I went back and forth with several representatives who were staying in touch relatively well. At one point they told me that I had found a bug and that the issue had an estimated two week timeline for a fix. Are you kidding me? I am hosting events for hundreds of people. The data that was lost is critical to event coordinating efforts. When I politely asked for more assistance with retrieving the data, they stopped responding altogether. This is insane. Beware.

Resume: Very bad I don't recommend this app because of the quality and support that POWr provides. The loading speed of the form is 10-15 seconds. This not appropriate when you are having premium version and pay $100+ per year. When I actually recognize that the app is super slow and customer support is not going to solve our problem, I have tried to apply for a refund of annual subscription but POWr refused to make a refund after 2 weeks of purchase. Summary: If you want a normal form (with normal page loading speed) and appropriate customer support (that will help you and make a refund if something goes wrong) I recommend you NOT TO USE THIS APP.

NO REFUND! THIEVES! I've have their product for less than a week creating a form that does not work as a form! THEY ARE ABSOLUTE THIEVES!!! SHOULD BE KICKED OUT OF SHOPIFY. The form app DOES NOT ALLOW MULTIPLE SELECTIONS....this is what the developers are telling me. ANY STANDARD FORM ALLOWS FOR MULTIPLE SELECTIONS. All I have asked them for is a refund for what I have not even used. No form submission has been made, no public use as all even. And they cannot return my money? They only offered me use of their other apps...but their other apps I have not use for. If I do not receive a refund I will make sure to post everywhere possible how they immediately refuse refunds after purchase, and of all the additional faults I have found in their products: From TrustPilot "Avoid Powr.io - not worth it All the plugins have critical limitations. For example, you will not be able to moderate comments (in all plugins were user comments are). This means that anybody can use any cuss words on your website and yo will not be able to do anything." Also from TrustPilot: "This company is misleading This company is misleading! Alert! We pre-paid a year for one of their plugins and it didn't work on our site and they also mislead what its capabilities are. We asked for a full refund and they refused, stating that they have a strict 5 day refund and we asked on the 6th day. If they would've have gotten back to us earlier with the issues we were having we would've been within their terrible 5 day refund policy. What kind of a company wants to keep their customers money for services that don't work and for services we pre-paid and cannot use? We post this review to alert people so the what happened to us doesn't happen to you. We are left feeling that they are not ethical and selling software that doesn't work in a misleading manner." I bought a yearly subscription from them through PayPal and after realizing that they don't listen to their customers, I decided to get a refund. When you fill out one of the forms you go to a 'success screen' that tells the user they have successfully completed the form. Except the content for this success page is put far far down into a page - which gives the effect of loading a blank page. I contacted the support, who eventually wrote to me and said they had to escalate this issue to a different support team - sounded promising. A week later and after me writing several times to see what the progress was, I got an email saying "there's no workaround to make the submission success message appear on top" They suggested if I know someone who can do advanced coding I could try customising the form's CSS. We sent out the form for a few people to test, and they all reported back that the form didn't work because after submitting it they were sent to a blank page. The app is as good as useless to us, the support very slow and didn't resolve what for us is broken functionality - so we will be deleting it and choosing another app.

Initially, I was happy with this app, I even wrote a glowing review but now I take it back. There have been constant problems with the contact form not being in the right place or just not showing up when it is marked as published I give up today was the last straw it's gone again so I'm deleting and trying somebody else

CHARGING WITH NO PERMISSION! I installed this app on 3 of my Shopify stores. When the trial period ended, I decided to upgrade the plan on one of the stores. What happend is they charged me on 2 of them. When noticed, same Min I contacted customer service which said they can't do anything and I won't get my payment back. I literally told them the story less than 1 min after it happened. They are scammers, with terrible customer service. Stay away
