Gran servicio por parte de Sarah, resolvió todos los temas que tenía con rapidez y profesionalidad. Todo por email, pediría que tuvieran un chat en directo y hubiese sido más rápido.

Very happy with this app. Works well and offers good intuitive user experience. Has also allowed me to receive orders when products have not been in stock which is of great benefit. Can't fault Globo, they provide quick, clear, concise communication and were able to make some minor tweaks at my request. This is the second app of theirs i've integrated and i'm sure won't be the last. Thanks Globo for your great product and support.

Very good app, easy to get started and can easily do what you want, special thanks to Sarah, very patient and helped me solve all my problems.

App doesn't work properly upon first installation. The app would intermittently take a long time to load between different configuration pages. Some features like badges and and label in cart page are not working as expected. The support probably could fix it but we are not willing to wait for it. Had to delete it and try other app now.

Very good customer service. Rosie understoods the problems and passed onto the technical team quickly. And they solved the problem soon.

does what you need and has free option absolutely would reccomended that is the only reason ill type 100 characters

The app is so self-explanatory. Easy process of install and will ensure that our customers have peace of mind knowing it is a pre-order and not be waiting, etc..

We really like this app, but we LOVE their support team! If we ever encounter any issues or have any questions we are met with a swift response and a quick fix. Can highly recommend :)
