Good customer support. I have tried lots of apps to setup preorder. Mostly failed because we fetch product variants as separate products. But here customer support quickly solved my problem and it works like a charm. Also one of few apps which alerts on Mixed Cart (preorder and not preorder). Restock e-mail notifications aren't really useable in multiple languages and multiple markets, because they can't work with different language and market URLs.

I had some questions about how to use the app, so I asked for advice via chat, and a person named Rosie gave me very detailed support. Thank you very much.
