The service is super extra class. I had problems with my SMTP email server and this was quickly resolved. I can only recommend the app and the service. The app is free and does exactly what it needs to do.

We are new to Shopify as well as installing/setting up apps of any kind. We selected Globo because of its ratings and FREE subscription. Our goal was to set PRE-ORDER for a new book release, Lessons of Kindness: Transformations from Around the World. Rosie was our customer support representative. She helped us navigate the installation. Rosie also sent screen shots pointing us to next steps when we were lost. She was successful in getting us installed within one session.
