There are some limitations - unable to properly filter by keyword to find the products you need to set up being the main one for me. The insertion of tags across every single product, which makes for untidy tag filtering display on some themes. Not bad, but could do with a few more quality of life improvements.

I need an app that allows us to collect a deposit up front and the balance due when we are ready to fulfill the order. This app doesn't do that.

Had some issues with this app and relayed it to the support team. Turns out the previous pre-order app had conflicts with this one and they fixed it for me within two days. Everything works perfectly now! Definitely would recommend.

It can let me filter by vendor, collection, product type, etc, however it can't edit the setting by the result in bulk, you can just select the result as shown, if more than 10 results, it take time to edit them page by page. Also it's doesn't support other apps to ask product in bundles.

I'm really happy with this app! It's allowed us to easily continue getting pre-orders while we're out of stock. You can set it up so it automatically turns on when a SKU goes out of stock, and you can set you number of pre-orders allowed based on incoming inventory. The customer support team has also been super responsive and helped us get it set up. Highly recommend.

I am really struggling with this app - it's not counting down the stock so has the potential to oversell so can't not roll it out to all my 'coming soon' products. HELP is really nice but despite giving them access to my site, I am a week further on and still haven't got a solution - just a 1 line response from their development team which doesn't help. I am massively disappointed as this gets such great reviews and I had high hopes for it.

This is a sensational pre-order app! VERY simple to use and searching for products to switch on/off is fast. Crucially, the pre-order button and pop-up message are well designed and would look good on any website. I switched to this pre-order app as the last app I used was very 'buggy'. The technical support is also excellent, and tasks are completed quickly. Highly recommended.

So far so good. Works great. Had some issues with the app showing our products as sold out when we had the settings adjusted certain ways, but they went in and took care of it for us. Now it works absolutely perfect.

I'm really pleased I downloaded this after unexpectedly running out of stock then having a delay to get new products. I've had lots of pre orders so haven't lost revenue (which I would have done otherwise) and the app is very straightforward to use.

Diese Bl.de App läuft in Tag System. durch eine Deinstallation wurde die Apps bei behalten und wurden Kategorien erstellt die kein Mensch braucht. Ich habe auch ein Pre order System allerdings von Haus aus mann muss sich nur etwas in der Community um schauen. Diese App hat mir Zeit und Nerv geklaut und dachte es wäre echt was tolles. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Ok, but pretty buggy and doesn't take into account the pay now buttons in some templates. Also, it is pretty deceptive in how it sneakily charges you automatically if you turn on more than one product, so you end up getting charged without really agreeing to it. It is also really hard to find out where to unsubscribe so that they stop charging you.

I only like to give a review after using an app for a while. I have been using pre order manager for 4 months now and I can finally give it a great review. We sell hundreds of different products and sometimes they go out of stock as the inventory is very difficult to manage. This app has saved us on numerous occasions. The customer is fully aware they are ordering a product that is out of stock and what date it should come back into stock. It has eliminated a huge amount of customer service that we would otherwise have to do if we wanted to continue selling all our items. So, on top of saving us time it has also made us a lot more money. If you advertise your products on Facebook you know how important it is to continue selling if you have a great ad. This app has allowed that to be possible.

Easy and simple to use very effective. Espc during troubling times like these where stock levels aren't so clear. This app has saved our neck multiple times. When issues arise the help team solve it in 24 hours or less!

I installed the app and non of my buttons changed to "pre-order". The app also added two tags to my shop which show up on every product and my side bar which I CANNOT REMOVE. Not useful for me.
Hi, as mentioned in our FAQ, some themes require additional coding to ensure the Pre-Order button is shown as they are coded differently. The tags shown at your side bar could be hidden as well. https://help.amai.com/knowledge/why-is-the-pre-order-button-not-showing
