As other reviewers have said, I'm also using this primarily for backorders instead of true pre-orders, but it helps immensely. Being able to cap the number of orders taken is exactly what we need to manage our stock and keep selling when items are almost back in stock but not quite there yet. When I've had questions or issues with the app the support has been great, I recommend it highly if you need this functionality in your shop.

Works beautifully, and support is quick and helpful. I'm using this as a "backorder" manager, rather than a "pre-order" manager, and it's an excellent solution for managing this.

The search function doesn't work. So you have to scroll thru all your products or use the filter button to filter by collection. Customer service has no clue what they are doing. They keep asking irrelevant and odd questions. I was told in order to help me they need to know which app and I had to send the name with all the symbols and spaces. What does that mean??? Going to delete it and choose another app. Additionally I received emails from other customers complaining! One store wasn't receiving full payment which is even more disturbing. NO THANKS.

Absolutely fantastic. We used this to provide pre-orders for our first album release. We are extremely satisfied with the app... and will be reinstalling and using each time we need it.

Technical support was extremely good and the response time was fast. Products can be configured individually, which really suited my needs. It was very easy to install and configuration was quick to implement.

UPDATED: this is a good app that gets the job done. I've had a few bugs over the years but the support team was always available to find a fix. I've considered uninstalling a few times (because of the unexpected bugs) but in the end I always felt taken care of. It's very important to have a friendly and knowledgeable support team ready to step in when needed. So I'm updating my review to 5 stars. Let's keep it up, SpurIT!

Just what we were looking for. Took some time to get it right as we kept having to clear the cache. Once it's set up though works great.

App needed some config for our theme store and they got back to us in reasonable amount of time and got it fixed. Had issue with billing and in same way they took care of it professionally.

Works better than another app I did, like way better. Also the customer service was faster which is awesome. Overall super stoked on this app as it's literally a life saver for us and improves our website, efficiency and customer service.

Very quick support! Runs out of the box with a few clicks that is great! You just need to make some minor adjustments and thats it! In case you do not see any changes try to delete the cache.

Great app! appreciate the quick customer service and follow through! The app works well and was fairly easy to install - it seems a bit expensive but I am glad it has a lot of flexibility.

I was in a bind because a lot of our products were running out of stock and were being shown as unavailable. I actually tried a few pre-order apps prior to giving Pre-Order Manager 2.0 a shot and you definitely get what you pay for. 1) very easy to set-up 2) visual customization for pre-order button passive and rollover states 3) worked flawlessly with our theme 4) I required a few customizations and the customer support team was magnificent. One area for future development improvement is that our store has a drawer/ajax cart, but the pre-order button does not yet have the functionality to trigger the drawer – had to settle for sending customers to the Cart Page.

The app is great and the support is second to none. We bumped into a few issues along the way and they modified their code for FREE because they saw a benefit to all their other clients. Great ethos and we'll remain loyal customers in future Shopify projects because of it.

The app works fine, but we have some issues with the export feature and some duplications in the buttons. We have contact customer service and they have given us the worst customer service we have ever had. I am afraid we may be finding a new solution soon if they don't change.
