The support for this app is great. I recently installed it, but it wasn't working on the Dutch version of my translated shop. I emailed them about this matter and they changed the coding on their end for FREE. This is how you get loyal customers. Now I can use the app in my English store as well as my Dutch store. Kudos!

This app has greatly helped automate our pre-order process. We use it mainly to adjust our PDP CTAs as well as tag Shopify orders so it will trigger an OOS email flow. Their team has been super helpful as well - emails are responded to quickly and they're able to accommodate customizations. Would recommend!

A great looking app with some nice features (I really like the ability to set an end date for preorders) BUT this app will literally break your website load times if you have a large number of SKUs.

This app has solved some business problems I’ve been managing for a long time - pre-orders. From our products, we always have different items arriving at different times which has been a massive customer service headache with constant enquiries about when it will arrive (as many customers will not read this info on the product page). Now we have a simple button - instead of “buy it now” it says “Pre-Order for January” “Pre-Order for February” etc. I love that the button is customisable for every product. For us the monthly cost of this app saves man hours in responding to enquiries - thanks guys for this solution!!

This app caused our shop loading time over 1 minute sometimes was even breaking the website. Even Shopify support couldn't locate the issue...

Great app for pre-orders. Especially since they have upgraded the interface and it way easier to use than before. On top of that the customer support are ALWAYS on hand and ready to help. Highly recommend. I have sold a lot through this app with preorders and plan on using it further.

Excellent app. It's generated over 100k in pre-orders in since we began using it and helped manage expectations in terms of delivery times with ease. Its been great so far and we have only just started. The support from the team has been exceptional, no task to big.

Great app that does exactly what it's supposed to. The interface is super sleek and straightforward to use, and offers lots of customisation. The support team have also been great when needed. Would definitely recommend the app!

These guys are great! I reached out because the pre-order button wasn't working in my "related products" section. Instead of asking me to pay for custom development, they added a new capability to the entire app so everyone can use that feature now. So awesome!
