Amai PreOrder Manager + Notify

This app caused our shop loading time over 1 minute sometimes was even breaking the website. Even Shopify support couldn't locate the issue...

Great app for pre-orders. Especially since they have upgraded the interface and it way easier to use than before. On top of that the customer support are ALWAYS on hand and ready to help. Highly recommend. I have sold a lot through this app with preorders and plan on using it further.

I used two pre-order apps before this one and always had a bug somehow, this one is more expensive but works perfectly and support is really responsive !

The app is awesome that help me generate plenty of sales. Had an issue with the app but their customer service is first class. Got it solved within the day.

These guys are great! I reached out because the pre-order button wasn't working in my "related products" section. Instead of asking me to pay for custom development, they added a new capability to the entire app so everyone can use that feature now. So awesome!

The Pre-Order Manager 2.0 App has been perfect for us. We had one small issue but the customer service and tech team were able to fix the issue very fast which we appreciate!

Hands down the quickest support I've ever received from any app developer and we've been with Shopify for 7 years. I was worried that we wouldn't be able to use our inventory app to track preorders (you can) and then our highly customised app meant that the in cart message didn't show but they resolved that straight away and now it works a treat. Love the easy but customisable design too.

Works as advertised. A lot of settings that covers virtually any scenario. Good customer service too.

Works well on our store and the support is top notch. The developers were so kind to adjust everything so it fits our aesthetic perfectly. Excited for the first results.

They keep charging us after we cancelled our membership. We let them know 2(!) times, and they still didn't cancel the subscription (there is no way to stop the subscription in the app). When asking for a refund, they only offered discounts in one of their other apps. Terrible customer service.

Update: After the SputIT team requested access to our Shopify store to update their app, the app started showing many items in our store as sold out that had plenty of stock, including items that had never been set up for pre-order. The developer took no responsibility and suggested that we ask all customers to clear their cache in order to solve the problem.

Easy to set up and use. It's the best solution if you don't want to miss any sales when you are out of stock. Responsive support. Highly recommended.

Awesome support! Happy with the features, could have a couple more options but the support makes up for it.
