Hands down the quickest support I've ever received from any app developer and we've been with Shopify for 7 years. I was worried that we wouldn't be able to use our inventory app to track preorders (you can) and then our highly customised app meant that the in cart message didn't show but they resolved that straight away and now it works a treat. Love the easy but customisable design too.

They keep charging us after we cancelled our membership. We let them know 2(!) times, and they still didn't cancel the subscription (there is no way to stop the subscription in the app). When asking for a refund, they only offered discounts in one of their other apps. Terrible customer service.

I had an issue with the "add to cart" button changing angles in the flow theme. Took a while to work out where the issue was coming from and i contacted Pro-Order as it seemed they might have been the only ones changing this button. I emailed them and surprised to get a response straight away and they said they would get their engineers onto the case over night. I arrived back to work the next day saying it was fixed and it was. Great service, fast and got the job done. Thank you the team at pre-order

Wow.... First of all, the support, Spot on! Had some issues with implementing the app and in 5 minutes it was done. Then to the app itself, 1000 times faster than other preorder apps we tried. Other apps we tried the preorder button dident even showed so the customers had to refresh the page in order for it to show. If you look for a preorder app, look no further..

Update: After the SputIT team requested access to our Shopify store to update their app, the app started showing many items in our store as sold out that had plenty of stock, including items that had never been set up for pre-order. The developer took no responsibility and suggested that we ask all customers to clear their cache in order to solve the problem.

The technology itself could be improved as it's pretty rudimentary right now as far as the way it looks onsite. The customer support is great though so I would recommend because the team is very responsive and quick to fix any issues you may have, and they're patient! 5 stars because I wouldn't go with any other similar solution on the market right now.

I used this app as advised here and it allowed me to oversell products. It was a really nightmare to correct. The communication is really difficult with the developers. I would not recommend this app. It's been a headache. It is rudimentary in UX and design. I have been nothing but disappointed.

Great customer support, particularly when we recently switched theme and needed some bespoke work (due to our heavy customisation). Have been using this for years now, and it really made a huge difference to our business.

The app is fantastic - but the service from the team is even better. They have bent over backwards to sort out a couple of minor issues I was having for it and went over and above. I love their 24hr chat support - doesn't restrict you if you're in a different part of the world. I can highly recommend this app and the support the team give for it.
