At first, we had a bit of trouble getting the app to work. Support was extremely helpful and worked on fixing all of the issues with our theme. So far, it's working great, especially during the busy holiday season!

This app works great and we rely on it to run our store www.axistango.com. It works seamlessly in the background. A few times we needed help, the support team was quick to respond with fast resolution. We are satisfied clients!

The support which we received after downloading the app is what made us keep it on. They have a live chat which is available 24/7 so that they can assist you and help you get set up in a couple of minutes as opposed to going back and forth with emails.

The Pre-order app works great for us, as a growing business we dont always have stock on hand, so this app helps us manage our stock levels while still getting sales with pre-ordering. Brilliant App w/ Phenomenal Support! Latest Updates are amazing. Over the top support at lightning speed via Chat!! By far the most amazing support I've ever experienced here especially with a Free App. They were more than friendly & quick to respond with our only issue when upgrading theme. Resolving before our theme developer even answered the same email. Highly recommend this app and company

Asides from a display thing with a ribbon explaining the button/functionality, the app works great. It requires a proper installation from Spur-IT, which will be performed in a timely manner and the rest is history. You can make it as functional as you need, creating tags for platform and inventory management sorting. The pool of pre-orders will also be stored at an app level, so you will always have a backup just in case. Support has been always on point, attending inquiries and issues promptly. Would definitely recommend this app.

We have experienced several bugs implementing this app. However, their customer support is top notch and have gotten our bugs fixed very quickly. If it had not been for their customer support being so quick and to respond and fix these problems we would have gone to another app. Now that the bugs are worked out I highly recommend this app not just for functionality, but for their support as well.

Easy to set up the app specific settings and their support team was incredibly responsive getting the app installed and then remedying the few issues I found during testing. Great team to work with and the product does what you want it to.
