The app is free and it does what it's supposed to do. Their e-mail response time is good and we had their developer help us match our theme for a small fee. Thank you!

Artem and the rest of the SpurIT team were extremely helpful in setting up the Pre-Order Manager app so that it would fit in perfectly with the styling and functionality of a new theme I am developing. I did pay the $35 installation fee, but that was a steal for the level of service we received. Very responsive and helpful team!

I just got this app working on my store, and it's working great so far! This is just what I was looking for to bring that extra income, while we wait to receive more sizes of our inventory. Philip was so great at helping me make sure that the app worked correctly in my store. I first ran into a few issues, but Philip was relentless to get the app to work. Highly recommended!

Great and simple app, that is free and does what it says it does. So grateful to not have to pay for this feature, when these days any added funciton in Shopify requires more $$.

This app is horrible. It cost us tons of sales because it threw a pre order message on every product randomly after being configured properly. Your app sucks, and so does your support. IT IS BRUTAL!!! This app was working fine for a week or two, and then one day it started showing “some of the items you ordered are special order. Continue?” message to EVERY CUSTOMER, on EVERY PRODUCT, costing us over 10K in sales. We only found out because a customer called us and asked when a regularly stocked item would be in stock. I can’t risk the drop in sales from an app not functioning properly. Only gave it one star because you have to.

Great addition to an online store - customers can now pre-order items that are due for arrival soon. And it was easily installed in a flash.

I would give this app 6 stars if I could! I got this app after having an awful experience with the ‘Pre-Order Me’ app (@ $9.99 pm) where the support basically didn’t want to know me, so I deleted that one and got this one for free (a perfect example of how a free app CAN be better than the paid for apps!). I downloaded it and asked for some help installing it on www.designerheater.com and Philip came back to me almost instantly, configured the app and even did some custom work for me. What a great chap. The app is perfect and the support is second to none. I cannot praise this app enough or thank Philip enough for his help. Thank you, thank you, thank you! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
