This app is SO helpful! It allows us to be in full control of putting our sold out products on pre order. It has so many handy features aswell. Plus the customer service is so prompt and responsive! We get a reply within 24 hours everytime (not that we need support very often as the program just works) Would recommend to anyone wanting to put hot sellers on Pre Order between shipments.

The pre order manager affect other products even if you have them disabled and I have tried working with there staff to resolve the issue. I have to be like a parrot with them because I keep tell them that the product that is being affected isn't even suppose to be used with the pre order manager and it is disable. Same thing about inventory I told them maybe 3 times that I used third party inventory to track but they keep saying to check the box that shopify enable inventory tracking. Maybe they will read my review and actually see and read for the last time my issue. The pre order manager works great on the products I enable it on and work horribly not he products I disable it on.

I am immensely impressed with this app! It's extremely easy to implement, looks natural on the site and they've worked out all the annoying bugs that exist in apps like Pre-Order Hero. Additionally, their support team is amazing: Responsive, solutions-oriented and pleasant to work with. Try it!

Doesn't work I installed the tapp I followed the instructions on how to enable the app i enabled it for a product, checked inventory etc. and still my website just shows the "Add To Card" button My stock is 0, inventory 0, all enabled to show this pre-order button, but it didnt work.

PLEASE READ this review before installing: I added the app to our store because I needed help tracking data for backordered items. It seemed like a legit tool that could help streamline & manage preorders. As soon as I installed it, I didn't like the look & feel of the CTA's, and I didn't have time to play around with the design or learn the tool, so I simply "disabled" the feature in the settings, and put it on hold until I could dedicate more time to it. BIG mistake. Within hours, customers contacted us that the "Add To Bag" CTA was missing from some of our products, and they couldn't shop items in our store. I quickly uninstalled the app, so that there wouldn't be any more bugs. (A little bit of lost revenue, but we caught it quickly enough) I thought that was it until the next day, when I noticed on our collection pages that random items were stamped with the "Sold Out" icon. These are for items we indeed had in stock. After hours running around in circles with a Shopify guru trying to figure out what happened, we realized that SpurIT had left code on our site, despite having uninstalled the app. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because I called their phone number, and someone actually answered! She sent me step-by-step instructions on how to scrub their code from my site. (I'm assuming that this happens often) Within minutes, it was fixed. So before you install the app, just know that if you try to uninstall it, there will be code left behind on your site, causing bugs re: availability of items. You'll have to manually delete it from the code.

This was the perfect solution to allow us to offer products for sale not regularly kept in stock. Customer service is fast and excellent.
