The app was glitchy, didn't do what it said - items saved didn't appear on page after clearing cache or changing browseres. Disappointing. Then it wouldn't uninstall.
Thank you for the feedback. We had tried several attempts to contact you to know the full details of the issue but until now we did not get any further information apart that the app won't work. Unless you are using a custom theme, our app will work "out of the box" in 95% of Shopify themes without any coding. We would be glad to assist you in your setup and installation should you wish to reinstall the app.

So far so good! Charie in customer support was super patient and helpful in helping our store launch PRE-ORDERS. We're exciting to utilize all their features, including COMING SOON (something we've been communicating manually). This will save us CustServ time internally. Thank you!

This could be good, but it affected our site speed so badly it had to be uninstalled (it went from 35 to 22!). If the problem is resolved i would consider using again.

I had sent you the full explainer via email along with the screenshots and also the actual app that is causing the slowness (11 seconds worth of loading time as compared to only 0.2 seconds from our app). The "Contact Support" button is directly next to the "Rate This App" and only one button works... which is "Rate This App". So I am rating product 1 star as I they don't have an easy way to contact support.
Hi, to contact support you can click on the chat widget which is located at the bottom right hand corner of the app. You can see the screenshot here since we can't upload it directly to the screen. https://prnt.sc/8VFuzXUyIsQt After checking the chat logs, we found that an automated message informing merchants where the chat widget was located was sent to you as well. Update 11/8/2022: We had made several attempts to contact you via phone and emails but there was no response from either mode of contact.

Looked promising but had issues with it working correctly. Never received any response from support to trouble shoot it.

pre order not working when international customers visit. it only works for local shopping. used vpn to test.

However, we would like to confirm that our app works for all countries. Please ensure all countries are selected in Pre-Order by Countries (by default it is turned on for all countries). Nice and quick support provided by app support highly recommended this app. I must suggest using this app if you want to allow pre-order in your store.

Early days using this app. Just installed and only using the pre-order feature. So far support has been great. I like that you can edit on a variant level and I LOVE how you can the cart button and info text to include a ship by sate which will pull through to shopify. I will update review as I use more features and have some data. So far so good. Update: the pre-order button for some reason was not showing up even when all product settings were correct, so I reached out to support for assistance. They fixed the issue within a couple of hours. Great support experience!
