I've ordered samples and got scammed by the delivery service. It arrived at the parcel which is located 2 hours drive from me. They never delivered the package but they lied about that they've tried to send it (I was home the entire day they said they delivered it). I'm not going to drive 2 hours because the delivery company doesn't do its job!!! Printify support is super slow in replying to my issue didn't even help me at all. NO REFUNDS! They didn't even try to contact the delivery to help and just tell me to drive there and get it. PS: The delivery service they use is not reachable through phone (very sketchy!)

if i could give this company negative stars i would. Absolute worst POD provider. No support whatsoever, no protection for buyers, monthy fee is a sham as we were suppose to receive discounted shipping rates however they increased 20% , 10 items still in transit after 6 weeks, 2 still in transit 60 days after being sent.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UPDATE: i believe you do charge for your services by way of premium subscription..... Nevertheless I look forward to hearing from someone

This app is continuing to ruin my business. * 3week + orders backlog. * System duplicating products in orders and charging me (customer support says it's my fault). * System does not recognize out of stock items. 20+ manufacturers for item, have fun trying one by one hoping they will have it in stock (1 try = 1 day). * Once system changes manufacturer they will missplace your print without letting you know and send it to customer. Guess what, its your fault too. * Customer support is worthless and many more... Only way to get help is to leave bad review. Give me dedicated customer support agent so I can fulfill my backlog caused by printify, I will delete this review and move on somewhere else. If not I will update this review everyday so its on top

a bunch of items are out of stock and they do not let you know in advance. I had some orders that were placed, a month later the items are still out of stock. Emailed numerous times with no response. Very disappointed. Also the printing quality of some of the sweatshirts were quite poor.

What could have been a 5 star review has been reduced to 1 in less than 48 hours. I have used Printtify to order a couple thousand dollars worth of merchandise in the last 30 days for election relation items. I receive an email 3 days ago saying my orders are on hold becuase the printer ran out of banks, with instructions to transfer the orders to another provider that don't work. Not just a couple of items over a dozen in some orders. I figure maybe I am doing something wrong. I find no way to contact a live person to help me with hundreds of dollars of orders pending. emails go answered, chat box goes unanswered, nothing. Total silence. My card has been charged almost $1000 with nothing to show for it and no help transferring these orders to providers that can actually handle the orders they are getting. If I don't hear back today I am back charging the charges on my credit card and will make it clear to anyone considering using this service that to do so is at their own peril. Tech support shouldn't take 2 days! And if you're going to own a business like this have at least ONE person who can answer a telephone. I am VERY upset at the prospect of having to refund THOUSANDS of dollars in client fees NOT TO MENTION the response from those clients. IF this company comes through I will update this review.

In regards to Printify themselves, they seem to do a good job. The problem is that they are basically a broker and have no involvement with the production process. Almost every shirt that me or my customers have gotten through them has had problems and complaints. I cant complain about long ship times during the pandemic, I get it. I can complain that some of their print providers create very low quality merch. Most of the orders that have come through my website traffic have had a complaint regarding the print quality. Most of my samples are noticeably off center, not aligned with the mockup, or missing part of the graphic from the print. I think Printify should be more involved in ensuring that they are brokering a better quality product. Printify themselves are good at responding quickly and facilitating reprints and refunds, but who wants that? I think we would all rather have happy customers and a good reputation. The mockup generator is good. The website is easy. Contacting them is easy too. Prices are varied and fair, (if the products were good quality). At the end of the day, you can have all the other parts in the right place, but if the product is no good, then what are we doing here? If you guys could ensure good quality control I would be willing to give 5 stars. Sorry guys, but for this I must uninstall the app and look toward a different provider.

I need a full refund for a faulty order; the people refuse to understand that i'm in no way in need of their samples or services any further as they have been proven to be way too faulty for the type of audience that i'm trying to engage; they don't answer their messages in chat after more than 15 hours; They're shady, they suck, their products suck, depite sucking they still are being sent separately, their support team sucks, their providers suck, everything sucks. DON'T WORK WITH PRINTIFY

Dear SELLER BEWARE OF THIS APP. They ship features that cause lots of bug without informing the sellers. Last week our shipping software had issues because they couldn’t fulfill our orders on shopify anymore. Reason of the problem found : 7 products of our catalog had changed their location ID. We investigated and Shopify found that Printify has modified some of our product catalog THAT ARE NOT MANAGED BY PRINTIFY Without our consent or an alert, Printify has changed the location ID of SKUs, and because of that HUNDREDS of customers couldn’t have their order fulfilled on shopify and receive their tracking. This caused lots of TIME spent to resolve the issue over the past week. I sent an email on Friday and didn’t receive any answer. This isn't the first time they update their app and they have problems. Therefore : 1. We will uninstall Printify APP 2. We are stopping to sell printify products until you find the issue with a precise report. This is not the first time we have problems with printify and I find your customer service totally useless. I don’t recommend printify, they have a nice design, and look well integrated with printers, so you will find easy to create products and sell them but if you have any problem : - they will not help you (customer service without tech skills and helpless) - Never compensate you if you have issues that affect your sales/margin/customer experience (despite this is totally their fault)

launched my first ever on-demand printing store with shopify yesterday, got over 100 orders and nearly every single one is having issues. we're constantly being notified that shipping destinations are restricted, many customers purchases are pending with the status "no payment" (and continues to not go through whenever we retry) even though the payment methods used are 100% valid/usable. would like to be in touch with someone from customer service asap to have everyone who's purchased from the store refunded and to shut down the store or resolve these issues asap.

you can't do any profit with this app. they are charging HUGE fees for shipping. You can't earn money with them, i lost a lot of hours to edit over 500 product on printify for finally see after getting my first order im not on profit cuz shipping fees are insane. You can believe this? i sell product 40% more and im still not on profit.

Each product has a shipping fee that is transparent and can be checked under ''shipping and more details'' section below each product. Some products may have higher shipping costs but we are already working on that and trying to minimise the shipping costs as much as possible. Generally, we advise users to set up shipping fees on their stores so the shipping would be paid by their customers. In case the merchant wants to cover the shipping fees themselves, then they need to consider it when setting up the final price. They send low quality products to my customers and then deny me for reprints! Now I have to refund all my customers and they are basically telling me "not our problem dude" . STFU!! this company sucks never trust them complete bullshit they don't care about quality and their customers they only take your money and leave you at the dark! (Sorry for my English I'm not a native speaker of the language )

Update: It has been a week and still have not heard word one from printify. This is absolutely terrible!! We use several other suppliers and we can easily get ahold of them with questions. I am really going to be taking this into consideration on all future products that we launch and unless this crap gets fixed and your customer service becomes existent we will have to look for other providers. If you want our business give us a call/email ASAP. We should not have to 2ait 2 weeks for this!!! This is insanity. For one support is taking like 7 days to get back to me. What am I supposed to do here tell my customer to wait 3 weeks for their new order or to jus eat the cost and pay for it again? 2. Printify is somehow merging address line 1 and address line 2 from my Shopify store so every time there is an order with a PO box, apartment #, or business I am getting an error. The worst part is when I get this error it is literally 2 seconds after the item is sent to production which means I can not cancel the order, I can not change the shipping address, and I can not even contact support from the particular order that is having the issue. I can literally not comprehend why Printify would sent an order to production and then literally 2 seconds later notify me that there is an error with the shipping address that there is no way to fix. Woudln't it make a 1000x more sense to run the shipping address before sending the item to productino so if there is an issue I can just fix it myself rather than wait 2 weeks for their "Support" team to get back to me? What am I supposed to do in the meantime just sit around and get bad reviews on Etsy? Or, do I place a second order and eat the cost? It's a lose lose and Printify someone turned such a simple fix into a nightmare.

I don't usually do rating. But this needs to be highlighted. I have sent a few emails to you guys on a lost parcel which my customer has been waiting since months. Printify sent a confirmed notification of shipping on April 25, and now it's June 26! It has been a good 2 months, totally no reply, no news, nothing. You need to rectify this!

The Printify team was doing well before the pandemic but since the start it has been a struggle. Over the last week I've issued five emails for one support request with no response at all from Printify - I have over 300 orders sitting waiting for processing. I would highly recommend going with another vendor in the short term until they can get their customer service in order.

not happy AT ALL with this app. I started off super excited but now I am just going to invest in my own printer and do everything myself. I have been trying to contact printify for almost 3 weeks regarding various orders in queue with confusing statuses. Some say in "in production" but give a tracking number and nothing to track. A customer may order 4 or more items and receive a tracking number stating ALL items were sent out when the tracking only accounts for one item. So now, customers are emailing out of concern for their other items that havent even been printed yet. I've gotten emails from customers about products that were misprinted, with pieces of the branding having fallen to the bottom of the shirt somehow. Not sure if these folks are truly quality checking or just printing and shipping products off. I've had it. I hate having to go through a middle man to determine if an item is eligible to be reprinted because of THEIR mistake. Customers do not deserve that. They also removed the quick chat, so now you have to request support within an order or GOOGLE their contact info. and wait weeks for a response. If I could give this app zero stars I would. It's truly best to invest in your own equipment and print your own.

They offer some great products which you can not find on other PoD services, but the app is the worst I have seen so far. Publishing products end up numerous times with a "Sorry, we couldn't publish this product, please try again" error and you have to keep re publishing them until it goes away. It takes longer to publish 1 product then to write a full product description for it. Once other PoD Services have this products available we will switch.

What used to be one of my favorite POD apps on Shopify can no longer deliver. Orders are held in production for 2 weeks plus, when orders are fulfilled they are shipped blank. When questioned about my order time it took customer service 3 days to return my email. I can no longer trust that I will be receiving a quality product in a short amount of time. This all started well before COVID. Moving on.
