Just installed the app as had some minor issues. Emailed customer service and they fixed it in a matter of a few hours. Amazing service. Highly recommended.

After several hours of no response to my chat inquiry, I finally responded to the reply I got back and left it for over 5 days with no response. Terrible app with non-existent support.

Super Support! Wir hatten kleine Probleme bei der Implementierung der App. Nachdem der Support superschnell diese Probleme beiseitigt hat, funktioniert die App sehr gut. Würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Delighted with the app as it is just what we need, easy to use and the response from the app team was very helpful when I had a query. I was quickly able to complete the setup as a result.

Really good product allowing easy options to be added to my products with a surcharge if applicable. When I had an issue the customer service team was really quick to help and address the issue. (Shoutout to Helen for sorting out all my issues promptly) Definitely recommend the product.

Absolute gem app and gem people at customer service. They are readily available to help and support whenever needed. The app is also very convenient to use and have all the features. Globo apps and their support both are really great and cater to an e-commerce business like mine very effectively.
