I recently encountered a minor issue while using the app, and I must say, the level of customer service I received was truly exceptional. I reached out to the support team via email and Helen responded promptly. Not only did Helen fix the issue for me, but she also followed up to ensure that everything was working perfectly. I am a newbie building a website for my online store and this product has made it so much easier! The support is top-notch and so responsive - even when they were closed for the Lunar New Year! I would highly recommend to anyone considering.

I was having trouble with variants showing up as a product. Rosie's help was so great, she hid them and sent me screenshots of where it is so I can also change if ever needed.

Without a doubt the best app i have ever downloaded. Super user friendly, easy to set up all the option sets and customization. They have 24/7 staff !! LITERALLY 24/7 and they are all great. Very easy to communicate with and very kind and helpful. I recommend this app and very reasonable !!! Also shout out to Rosie super sweet and awesome customer service.

Great app, with a lot of flexibility - its helped us implement personalisation on our products. We did have a few teething issues with how the product options viewed in the basket but the team were super helpful and in no time worked up a solution for us. Great customer service!

We have recently added this app to our platform and had some integration issues due to very specific custom needs for our site. The support team lead by Helen and David were very supportive and have resolved the issues promptly. Looking forward to their continued support.

I tried Globo so i could add more product variations. I struggled a bit setting up so i reached out to Globo. They where very nice and patient and quickly i got the hang of it. They also did a great job customizing the app to my needs. Very happy with Globo and their service!
