I came across this app a while ago when I was looking for either a free or inexpensive way to add customization boxes to my website. Globo is the perfect addition for me! I recently had switched my theme and didn't realize that globo didn't cross over to the new theme. I reached out for some help, and within an hour or so, they got me all taken care of! Customer Service is on point with this company!

I have used Globo Options on three of our store fronts and it fulfils our needs for customised options. The customer service is the best. They're very responsive and helpful. Definitely would recommend checking this app out!

If you have more product variants than Shopify will allow, then you need an app like Globo Product Options.

Great service. Great communication. Rapid response. We had trouble turning on the application after updating our theme. We contacted them and within only half an hour. Problem fixed. They even told us how to fix the problem.

I still new user for the app but let me talk about the technical and Customer support. The experience I had was so much good. The technical support team are so professional and helpful. I sent an email asking for support and they amazed me with the fast response. Also one of their developers worked on my shop to solve the issue. So professional answering my questions one by one. The way they demonstrate the solutions is very professional and clear. The team works as humans support, not robots just sending you links with instructions and you need to do it by yourself or most of the time you don’t find your answer as happening with any other application . Not at all. With that application when I sent my issue, they were so patient and right away transferred my question to one of their developers who worked on it and solved it as I asked. Talking about the app itself, It’s easy to use « with their support « and easy and clear for your customers also to use it to customize their preferred product. Until now , I really recommend this app. Feeling that I am part of team supporting me, makes me feeling confident to use the app.

Super easy interface, I would recommend the mid tier option unless you do need the image drop down. I do wish they have an active product customizer but for everything else they have been solid
