Super responsive and helpful support. I was a little concerned with the time difference, but turns out - not an issue at all - they are on point. :-) Oh, and the AP is great. Short learning curve, fills the options functionality gap that Shopify left out.

This app has helped so much in sorting my products. I am new to the online merchant business and I have saved so much manual time using this app. I highly recommend 10/10. They were also extremely quick and responsive when I reached out for help.

Have been using this 3rd party app for awhile and love it. What is making me write this today is a recent incident that caused some issues on our website. I was removing some unwanted apps from the store and somehow this app was deleted. This was extremely worrisome as we had spent a great deal of time creating custom options sets for each of our products. Long story short after it was reinstalled there was no infromation. I contacted customer service with a glimmer of hope that the data could all be returned. Within 2 hours they had got back to me and by morning all of the data was restored. This was a huge relief as we had paid our developers alot of money to customize the website. Just wanted to say thankyou to the app team for being there when needed!

Their support team went well above and beyond (specifically Rosie). A previous app developer from another app left junk code everywhere, even on my backup themes. Not only did they remove this code, get the product options working, but also helped with another issue. Globo has my full trust.

This app is fabulous. Super easy to install as well as use. The extra help from (Rosie) IT support was second to none. Every detail was taken into consideration. Very happy!

Great app to add additional amounts and add-ons to your product. Great support too, they are always able to help you and solve your issue. Overall a great app to add value and increase sale for your store. Unlike other product options in the market, they do not create draft orders for the app to work. This is really great since apps that creates draft orders can have computability issue with other apps since a lot of shopify functions are not available in draft orders. Would definitely recommend this over other product option apps.

Have been using for over a year now , and its a great app , only had one issue which was rectified within 10 minutes , so the customer service is great too.

Na het niet meer werken van het kortingscode veld in mijn winkelmand vertelde de helpdesk dat ik de update van de app (van versie 1 naar versie 2) moest doen. Waardoor ik alles opnieuw in moest stellen. Wel met de garantie dat alles weer 100% werkt. Ik kreeg ook nog een gratis upgrade, omdat in versie 1 alle opties die ik had nog gratis waren. Kost even wat moeite, maar de app werkt fantastisch en de service is ook goed, ze helpen je snel en lossen het probleem ook op.

Sehr simpel aber effektiv für Personalisierungen. Kundensupport sehr freundlich und kompetent, Gruß geht raus an Rosie :D. Konnte mir gefühlt innerhalb von Sekunden super weiterhelfen. Benutze den Kostenlosen Plan und bin aktuell sehr zufrieden!

This app is amazing. Very easy to use and the customer service is awesome! When I need some help for advanced setting, Rosie gave me an fast and accurate answer. I've never experience such an amazing service until today. I'll definitely recommend this app to whom is trying to upgrade own shop. Thank you for the quick and perfect support!

Helen was very helpful in explaining the software and how it works. She also assisted me in removing the branding to help make my site look more professional. This product adds excellent features for Shopify including drop down boxes and more to add lots of custom and useful functionality to the website. I’ll look forward to continuing to use Globo- thank you once again Helen!

I love this app and the support is so so so good. It was so smooth and easy to setup. I have tried many apps but non of them is complete as this app. You will not regret it!!
