I installed and needed to keep upgrading to see what other features were available. The request I need isn't available after upgrading to show all the features. 15 days ago the request was sent to billing and ticket stayed there. Globo Product Options, be upfront about your features and limitations with product variants. Carrot on a stick to keep revealing features means I bypass Free 14 day window and commit to buying the subscription.

Easy to add customization to your product. Extremely helpful customer service team. Quick in reply and thinking along with me to get the best result possible. I would recommend this app!

Stuck with this app for months trying to get it to work. Although tech team were available, they never truly gave me the time on endless chats to understand the problem and therefore it never functioned correctly. On to another app now.

Great response time in chat! TONS of patience with understanding my lack of technical skills! Absolutely willing to try EVERY option when we encountered a roadblock, which was only a detour for Helen!!! She went above and beyond my expectations and NAILED my vision of what I needed for my website! I recently had the experience of working with Globo Variant and must say I am thoroughly impressed. While it turned out that their variant option wasn't the right fit for my specific needs, their professionalism and customer service were second to none. From the get-go, the team was extremely communicative. They took the time to understand my needs and were prompt in answering any queries I had. It's rare to find a company these days that values customer engagement to this extent. I was equally impressed with how quickly they processed my case. Despite the variant option not working out for me, the team was fast in offering alternatives and processing the necessary changes. Their efficiency saved me time and effort, making the experience smooth and stress-free. One of the most striking aspects of my interaction with Globo was their responsiveness. They were always available to address concerns or make adjustments on the fly. It’s refreshing to see a company so in tune with customer needs. In conclusion, even though their specific variant option wasn't the right match for me, everything else about the company was top-notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Globo to others. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is something other companies should aspire to.

This app is very aesthetically pleasing BUT has some very serious limitations and when I inquired about it they didn’t really seems to care - it was like oh well so sorry You can offer a selection that adds more then a qty of 1 of any sku to the cart Example - if you wanted to allow for a selection that added a qty of 2 tires or bolt a etc - the app can’t do it - only can add a qty of 1 of any sku to your cart I even tried my own workaround - making it 2 options a Ex) Tire #1 and Tire#2 and the customer can select both but yet only 1 gets added to the cart Other app we used does this but didn’t have as nice as a layout Guess I wasted many hours for nothing and it really was disappointing the lack of effort and empathy i recd in their response

Have been using this app for a while.. everything works perfectly.. until recently i noticed that one of the option wasn't displaying properly on my store on mobile.. i contacted support and they solved it promptly! I am very satisfied with this app and highly recommend it to anyone who needs custom product options for their store!
