Very easy to use and Helen from the support team was extremely, extremely helpful and assisted me with everything I needed, even beyond what I was asking for help with! They also responded within minutes and was very kind and fixed everything very quickly. Very useful for adding personalization for products and anything else you need!

I have added Globo Product Options to my Shopify website - It just needed a quick edit in my theme and I couldn't work it out.. Reached out to support - HELEN answered my query super quick and within no time had helped and fixed issue!! Something my customers have been requesting for 18months or longer done in less than half an hour.. It is going to save me so much time emailing and messaging after orders are placed! Thank you Helen!!

Super hard to use, I can't get the changes to reflect. I always have to contact support. Changes are not shown immediately, you have to add products. Modifying anything is a pain. It also creates multiple products for each variant so the store is full of products now. You have to be super patient and then wait a day for each support answer (from the US). since their support is in another time zone, probably Asia....

The support team is highly professional and responds promptly. When I discovered an issue with my settings in the middle of the night and couldn't adjust them myself, the support team was quickly reached and provided assistance.

This app saved me tons of time and headaches! Allowed me to apply custom personalization options to specific listings and make it look exactly how I needed. I only have the free plan, and the customer service was still super fast, responding within minutes. Helen was the one who helped me, she responded so fast and even customized my widget so the font and coloring matched my site. VERY satisfied. 100% would recommend!
