I’m really satisfied with the service! The support team was incredibly responsive – they jumped in quickly and resolved my issue in no time. It’s clear they care about their users. I’m using the Globo Product Options app to set up product options, and their help made the whole process much smoother. Highly recommend!

Very flexible and easy to use. What sets it apart is the quality of the support. Their live chat support was very helpful. For us in Ontario, the key is to access chat support in the middle of the night as that is when their second layer of technical support is active.

the app has some inconveniences, but it is very good and helped our store expand the number of options and variants and we would like to separately note the work of the support, it is at the highest level, very fast and high-quality, not to mention just pleasant communication with the support of the app)
