Fantastic app with brilliant support. Wasn't expecting immediate live support - especially on a friday afternoon. Henry very quickly identified and fixed the issue I was having with my new theme.

Helen was a tremendous help in fixing a glitch where products couldn’t be added to cart. Globo is a great way to offer product customization, and their service is top notch.

This app made it incredibly easy to add a custom input field directly on my product pages. It’s exactly what I needed to offer personalized options to my customers. The setup was straightforward, and everything works seamlessly with my Shopify store. A special thanks to Henry, who helped me with the setup and made the whole process super smooth. Highly recommend this app if you want to give your customers the ability to customize their orders!

We have been using this app for many years and love how easy it is to use and set up and how many options there are for customising the look and design of each forms. We also love that they had code ready to go for adjusting the packaging slips and order confirmation. It is a perfect add to allow customers to customize their order, far better than the Shopify generic variants and options. Also amazing customer support, we had a small issue pop up when updating the theme of the site and Henry and Rosie on live chat we able to get onto the dev team and sort it immediately for us. Both were so helpful and nice to talk to, amazing customer service all together!

I was charged just after the trial period, even though I had uninstalled the app. This is really bad. I contacted them by email, but the response was too slow, and they didn't respond to me for more than 24 hours. I will delete the review after the refund is completed

Just only started using it but so far, it seems quite intuitive and the second I ran into an issue and reached out to them, I got instant support from Rosie and quick resolution. Very pleased so far!
