I’m loving this app. It provides me with all of the options I was looking for. And the customer service is fantastic as well. I had an issue that I emailed about and Helen got back to me the same day with a fix. She was great.

Phew. This is a really tough one. Unfortunately, it doesn't work directly with the Horizon theme from Shopify. I think that should have been the bare minimum. I got the annual version, and now it doesn't work. Support told me to contact Shopify — that’s not how you create satisfied customers.

I like to figure things out on my own but I am impatient and often get interrupted by customers so I often miss the little details that are important in getting apps like this to work. Gemma and the rest of their amazing support not only helped me with lightning speed and helped me learn a few things along the way. They also did most of the work in integrating the secondary app to set up preorders. The assistance was much appreciated and helped me run our business better.

App has a lot of great features of setting up options, BUT there is no tracking of orders that your option set was used. Talked to representative and asked what the orders in the past 30 days is used for and she said it didn't track the option set orders?... Analytics is a basic need for companies and this app can't do the basics
