Customer service was excellent, I spoke with a guy called Steven. I requested help with an issue and within 5 minutes I had Steven helping me. A few emails back and forth and the issue was resolved. As far as reaching out for help goes this is now the standard to beat in my opinion. Fantastic service and help! Highly recommended

Henry offered excellent and punctual support. This is the second time I've used this app on my stores. Would highly recommend for a cheap and easy way of including product personalisation.

Rosie was helpful! but the only issue that i wish would be changed is that we are allowed to use the same products on more than one option set.

We’ve worked with several Shopify app providers, but Globo Product Options stands out, not just because the app itself is powerful and flexible, but because of the outstanding support. So far so good, customer service is helpful. Spent hours in shopify trying to get coding to work to add some additional options for products and went nowhere. This thing I was able to do it in minutes. I started on the free version but had to go up a notch due to needing the option for customers to upload photos, I was a little disappointed customers can only upload one photo unless I again upgrade. I didn't want to commit to that just yet so left it as is.
