This module works very fine, I recommend it. Very fast response if you have some questions. I use it to make custom clothes

no hyperbole, this is the best team ive dealt with in 3+ years on shopify. They have a wonderful app They will listen and respond respectfully very quickly (within like 6 hours usually) They will help with dev/styling related issues, where as some app teams are very strict as to what they will help with. Overall i feel very happy and lucky as to of found this team and app. GREAT 5STAR

does not bring enough support. Quite horrible for image upload option. The video does not have voice, lacks information....horrible experience

unfortunately this app did work for us! we pay the subscription and even paying for it the app with get disconnected from out items and our clients were not able to personalize their product...

The best product personalizer we have come across... Makes the customer experiences 100 times better as they can see a preview before purchasing. We have worked with the Zepto team to make a few custom tweaks and they are awesome to work with. 100% recommend.

The support from Zepto is incredible. I had an issue that was quickly remediated by one of their engineers, Imran. He was quick to respond and work diligently with me to explain what the remediation was. Other apps barely give you the support you need, even when they are subscription based, but Zepto product personalizer is part of those exceptions.

Tras probar varias apps para personalizar productos, esta es la mejor. Es muy completa y, sobre todo, permite al cliente visualizar las imagenes que suben para personalizar (otras apps no tienen esta opción)

We only sell personalized products and use this Personalizer for almost all of them. We have tried some others before this, but this one was the best one we came across. What is even better than the product itself is the fast and reliable customer service. Shoutout to Imran! If they are not in the live chat, you still usually get a response pretty quickly by mail. They are always very helpful and could help me with any problems I have encountered so far, and there were many. Thank you!

Ok, I have tried quite a few of the personalised apps but this one does pretty much everything we need. This app is simple to use especially for basic customisations. The more advanced stuff is a bit trickier which is expected so you do have take some time to watch all the videos in order get understand the logic and play around with it. The support is excellent, Al Amin has provided much needed support with an excellent knowledge base of the personaliser app. You just need to have some patience and ask for help if needed. I getting to grips with this now. It's not a one day learning curve but if your serious like i am Just play around and familiarise yourself the help is there and its easier than most for sure. Thanks

I've been using this app for 3 years and had "only" 3 problems. All were resolved very promptly and satisfactorily. Love it!
