I couldn't find the answer I needed so I decided request help via the Chat. My response was almost instant and assistance/solution provided within a few minutes. Great service from Kaiser who managed to translate my very non-technical explanation of what I needed and assist me. Thanks heaps :)

I contacted BOLD chat and Carter tested a BOGO I had created. Since it wasn't working on my PC nor on my mobile devices, Carter tested it on his PC and on his Iphone and it was working. Not sure why none of my devices show it, but since it works on Carter's end, I'll proceed with the offer. Thanks, Carter, for your prompt help.

The worst customer service in the world! Οur store had to be open on Monday, but we are still waiting for Bold support to respond. We lost 12 days on this app. We sent a message before the installation to cancel it because we didn't have time, but instead, they proceeded with the installation of the code. They duplicated our theme to install the app code, they renamed the one to Bold Upsell and installed the code to the Other one. Now we don't know which one is the original and we're waiting for the support team to remove the code. (5 days now).

Unfortunately due to the mix-up, our team had installed the app's code rather than removed it. We had hoped to discuss the situation over the phone with you, however couldn't reach you. I just wanted to let you know that as of September 10, the code has been successfully removed from your themes. Again, I just wanted to apologize profusely for the issues this has caused your store. It's certainly not what we want our merchants to experience while they are using our apps.

BE AWARE. We have tried to make this app work for the past ten days but only with issues. It does not work well with some other apps we have on our store and worse, when we disabled all functions and removed the upsell offers, it still proceeded to checkout via bold's checkout process so that they would collect 0.5% of income on more than $2200 of our transfers. When reaching out to the support staf we've been told we could not be reimbursed. There are better after-checkout-upsells apps that this available, do not use!

We've never had upsell for our customers so from the very beginning of trying Bold Upsell helped us to increase AOV, sell more units, move certain items specially etc. Pop-up was not user friendly especially for MObile but our Devs optimized it per our design and needs. It's working perfectly. There are still issues like Upsell doesn't recognize that item doesn't have enough stock to fulfill customers needs and they're getting error later at checkout. Our customers were able to add 10 qty from upsell but item didn't have stock and customer got error message at checkout forcing customer to make more extra steps instead of checkout. So we've went and restrict to allow 3 qty max per each upsell product. But other than above issues, it's working perfectly as expected for such kind of apps. We cannot count exact increase in business according to just this app as we've done many things to increase conversion as well as design and speed optimization. But overall we're seeing ave. 75% increase month over month comparing with 2018. 95% usually really informative and helpful, really resolves issues. Just sometimes there is a confusion when another person jumps into the conversation helping cleaning tickets instead of original person. Those jump in people can give wrong reply or cannot really resolve original issue as they looks like simply didn't go through whole correspondence in order to address the issue properly. We have to explain the issue from the beginning that is annoying. It's ok for jumping in new people just they need to spend more time before contacting clients back instead of passing this to us. We're expecting to receive resolved issue. However it happens rare. Overall support is really helpful.

Thank you so much to Brysen and Rajni for the excellent help and the positive attitude. Customer Service is a 10/10. I had a few issues with the app but Brysen and Rajni (The people I spoke with) took full initiative to help me solve the problems I had.

Great support. Received prompt assistance once I submitted a ticket and within a couple of days they managed to fix all my issues and even make possible one feature request i submitted. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

By far one of the best apps on Shopify. Additionally, their customer service is off the charts! I asked for a custom tweak to the app to their support chat and Harpreet and Aman were on it! Within 10 minutes they had completed my request! Absolutely fantastic.

We're successfully using Bold Upsell helping us offer best suitable products for our customers to add-on or upgrade to have a better value. We've even been able to modify css styling and look to meet our branding or function better for our business like restrict to enter any number of product qty to add on to the cart. It allowed to manually enter any number to add to the cart BUT not now. App Devs are always working on upgrading it so we look forward to having it even more better.

This app is helping me to increase our average order value. Also, when I reached for an issue I had with the app, Simran from their team was very helpful and the issue was solved within 10 minutes.

We got sales from this app, no doubt about that. But this app destroyed my loads times, even worse if you cleared your cookies and browser history the site appeared quick for the first few pages loads until the bold app scripts did something. And this was happening on even the collection pages where the app was doing nothing in terms of functionality. I hired a speed optimisation expert and he thought it could be the app. He deleted the app and any leftover code and the site went from loading 6-7 seconds on most occasions down to less than 2 seconds!!! I've had this installed for probably over a year and I'm embarrassed I didn't spot this. Conversions rates are through the roof so I'd dread to think how much revenue this app has cost me over the year. I don't usually write reviews but something needs doing, Shopify shouldn't allow this.
