Set up was very easy, and support was excellent. Support Ninja James B answered all my questions - turns out any issue I had was user error, and he walked me through it easily!

Great app provider for Shopify and my limited experience with support has always been helpful. Chintan on chat had the answers I needed right away. My only complaint and docking a star is because you have to add so many different apps from the dev to acomplish what I consider (and other apps do as well) very related tasks such as offer a BOGO discount in the upsell. You need another app to do that and it and of course more monthly fees. I already feel like I get app'd to death on this platform, but what incentive is there to an upsell without a discount? Should be under one app IMO...

Great. Easy to install. Easy to set up. At first it did not appear to work but Alora at support did a test and said it worked. A minute later we got an order that without the app would have been $28 but with the app (not kidding) ended up being over $100.

Careful installing ANY BOLD App!! They add a ton of code. We have been down all week. The apps do not all talk to each other, a lot of features are not intuitive, and URGENT in the BOLD world, is now 6 DAYS!! When they work they are great, but when they don't it is a nightmare!

I used the app to help me do an upsell with discounted products. I didn't know how to install the whole thing and Dylan was extremely helpful and nice! I've had a great experience.

Bold Upsell works just like our salespersons in ours stores, except it never gets tired of offering the same thing over and over! Bold has an amazing customer service and their technicians are really dedicated to find solutions and to solve any issue that might rise.

I use it for up sells and cross sells .hasnt generated any additional sales yet, but I’m already selling bundles, so that’s ok. I asked support to make add to cart button green and they did it straight away.

DinkyDogClub has been using this app more to cross-sell merchandise for a few months now and it easily pays for itself. Once you get the hang of it, using the app up is easy and it gets you thinking of creative product pairings. Bold Upsell is a natural way to increase average order value because you're simply introducing customers to complimentary items or a better value product. Bottom line, Bold Upsell is a way to automatically make more money. We give it four paws up.

We got results from this app just a day after installation, and very happy with how it's performing a week after installation. A couple of queries about tweaking the app to our site design were quickly and easily sorted thanks to the info supplied by support.

This app is generally good to use however the reporting analytics are quite poor. You are unable to choose a date range for certain reports which doesn't help if you're wanting to report monthly on what & isn't working when it comes to upsells. Massive improvements need to be made for reports, especially for what you pay for the app!
