Very easy to install. Customer service was very helpful. Naman was able to guide me through the setup and was very hands on. I'm very pleased.

Love this app so far! Naman was really helpful from the beginning to the end when i needed help. This app is pretty simple to use. I like how smooth the transition is when it offers my customer the upsell. I also like the design compared to other upsell apps i've used in the past. The only pafrt that was a little difficult for me was some color changing on the coding however i reached out to Naman from Bold and it was a quick and easy fix! Another bold product that has increased sales for me!

****ing app disabled my cart page. I didn't know until a week after when a customer asked me why products added to his cart wasn't showing up on the cart page. I thought it was a facebook tracking issue. I wasted a lot of money because of this app.

Worked with Chintan on getting this set up. Was surprised when he offered to call me to make the set up and some of the troubleshooting was easier... That was nice given the trouble i've had with customer support with other apps! Thanks

Super easy use. Wouldn't change it. Only concern is that it sometimes feels like it can drop off the website :)

This app has been fantastic so far, especially when combined with Bold Brain. In the first week alone, we've had 100 conversions (orders where people took our upsell recommendation and actually purchased it). I should have installed this ages ago.

This app is great. The support team is very helpful with any issues and questions. The app works as expected but if you want to really get the best results on your up-sells/cross-sells, you will want to integrate Bold Discount.

Its easy to use and the chat folks are really good! While it may not be as robust as other outside stand alone funnels etc, You can manipulate how you use the cross sells and upsells by creating hidden products etc. It converts better and has made my clicks funnels obsolete!

We have always had excellent customer service from Bold's live chat feature! They are very quick and helpful. Katie was able to solve my last conundrum involving multiple offers showing the same page with ease, which was much appreciated!
