Aryan Sharma and Vighnesh were brilliant in helping me to customise the app via live chat. I'm not a coder and they were able to solve my problem very quickly. Aryan even helped me to add my own brand colours to my form. Thank you both for all your help. Everything is now working perfectly.

NOT WORKING :(( Both bundles and Upsell apps are not working and after weeks its still not solved. I feel like ive waisted precious time and money i should i have gained with other apps. Very unhappy customer

This app works consistently and LOOKS professional. Bold for the win on this one. Customer service is actually available, quick, and helpful. Shout out to Harpreet who was super helpful in helping me customize the font settings.

The initial set up is extremely easy, but when I did have a question, one live chat with Harpreet and it was all sorted out. Customer service is excellent!

I have used this app for a couple different promotions. Recently, we are firing off a BOGO free with a minimum cart amount. I had a few issues getting it rolling and VIghnesh was able to assist and provide insight on different methods the app allows. Customer service was fantastic.

Doesn't work. Will assuredly break your store and you will lose customers after installing this app, just like we did.

I really loved using the app, but most of all the customer service is absolutely amazing. Challi listened patiently to all my problems and was able to help me with everything I needed really quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend Bold Upsell and thank you very much to Challi!

I use the app to add cross sells and upsells to my store. I had some issues, but Aryan Sharma was very patient and did a wonderful job to fix my issue. I had decided to switch apps, because I couldn't really customize the way I wanted to, but Aryan made it happen! I'm sticking around, and looking to add the discount upsell app.

1. It's so difficult to use. You can't see what your cross-sell & upsell flow is cearly. Carthook does a much better job but it's too expensive. 2. It breaks down multiple functions to multiple apps and charge you much more. Want a discount function for your upsell? Buy a Discount app separately:-)

Bold upsell was easy to implement and when I needed further guidance, Challi was there to provide great support. Challi made sure that I had a full understanding of how the app operated and was always timely with following up on any additional questions I had.

I use this app to offer BOGO deals. I often run into issues with customization and always seem to be pointed in the right direction from the bold support. Specifically Laurel! They are always super helpful and know the solution to all of my problems! Keep doing great work!

Great customer service! And the app its doing what it needs to be doing, it has increased the sale of the specific product I added to upsell, and compared to my other global store, I can see the inventory of that product to be way higher where I don't have this app on. On the store (Canadian store) that I added this app the inventory is almost sold out of the item I'm adding for cross selling
