Amazing app really helps improve sales encourage adding to cart and is as good for the vendor as for the Customers to see items they may have missed

My concern was how easy it was to install and work with as I have a concussion and I need this to be very easy to understand. The help I received was exceptional! The app was semi easy to get setup and once it was I needed some extra tech support to get it finalized on mobile with my custom theme. They were able to get it all fixed me and set up just in time for our sale.

ell as we are a social business operation on ver very low margins, this app helped up to up our cart value and is the reason we are slowly becoming profitable. Indeed we are selling handmade organic toys, crocheted by a group of underprivileged mothers, many being Syrian refugees. Most of the proceeds of our sells go to the moms directly leaving us with almost no profit in order to grow our business. Being able to upsell posters makes up for that. It's a real life changer, despite being only a few days we started using the app. I did not have the need to use support as the app was super easy to install and it all works well so far!

Cody is an installation NINJA and helped us to complete our installation with ease. Would recommend Bold and their excellent customer service to anyone searching for Shopify apps.

A little difficult especially if you are not code savvy. However, support is excellent especially Jevon - very helpful to the laymen. Made it worth the time.

Bold strikes again! I already use several apps from these guys so when I found Upsell I didn't even hesitate to give them a try (although I already had another app which was doing well with up-cross selling) oh man am I glad, the set up was exceptionally smooth, intuitive and most important it worked! no crappy codes, no test this until we get it right, it truly was a plug and BANK! 5 sales while I was still just setting up goals, now I'm glued to my phone checking out my order value skyrocket. And if that wasn't enough, when I opened a ticket to ask for best practices and more apps they may have I received a real email from a real person immediately with some gems! I'm truly impressed.
