Bold AI Upsell & Cross‑Sell

Not sure if it's in the installation or what, but this app wouldn't show the upsell module, and prevented customers from adding to their cart. Other apps, such as the recurring payments won't work either (after professional installation). TL;DR: This app cost me not only time, but also sales.

Product upsell and cross sell is a hige benefit but they don't do it with discounts unless you buy the bold discount for another $15 a month.. Feels like a bait and switch so I will look for an all inclusive before I add the second app... Seems to be the norm for shopify with many other store platforms not so nickle diming... I seem to make it about 2 years before swapping platforms so the tick tock is getting louder....

So far customer service has been fantastic, especially Samuel, he's been very eager to help me with any help I need. Samuel even organised someone to design the app to suit my store theme. It's still early days, but I believe this app should see my cross sells increase. Very impressed!

This App is a game changer! Our items per cart has increased dramatically after using Bold. Highly recommend. Fantastic and easy to use APP - gets better all the time. We have used this app to improve our AOV and works even with other discount promotions we have going on. SUPER SUPPORT!! Thanks, Guri - we thought we were going crazy when testing that was not always working even after cleared cache and all we could think of doing - incognito and private window. Rating this app 5 stars because of Guri in customer support. Amazing, helpful, quick, problem-solving, accurate responses in live chat. Re: the app itself, the after-checkout upsell option with Bold Cashier is really nice, but doesn't integrate into my shipping solution. It creates an "order" in Bold Cashier that I can't really "do" anything with, so it's not really useful until the orders actually can go to my warehouse management software and, you know, be fulfilled.

Good service so far, the app is doing what I need for now and the support staff where quick to make the necessary amendments to my theme to get it working.

Review used to be a 5, now it's a 3. Was told my urgent request would be fixed right away and come to find out it was never fixed. It's now been over 24 hours and I'm being told it will be 2-3 more days.

I was super confused about something so I tried the "Chat with us" in the bottom right corner. Guri was SO helpful. Made my day much easier and answered all of my questions. My problem was fixed before I knew it!

Bold apps does a great job with support, and Challi on chat support was especially helpful with getting our bold apps setup on a new theme. Thanks Bold!
