This App is a game changer! Our items per cart has increased dramatically after using Bold. Highly recommend. We had questions with installation and a few other specific features and we got help right away. Rifat was a tremendous help. He was able to answer all our questions and get everything set up for us so our store didn't skip a beat.

Fantastic and easy to use APP - gets better all the time. We have used this app to improve our AOV and works even with other discount promotions we have going on. It is great to get a 50% off sale PLUS an Upsell product purchased. Support is always at hand to help and quick to resolve on Chat. Thanks to Uri for helping verify our code and get us going.

SUPER SUPPORT!! Thanks, Guri - we thought we were going crazy when testing that was not always working even after cleared cache and all we could think of doing - incognito and private window. Was not working in Firefox!! Guri fixed it in 2 minutes or maybe less :) Thanks to Stan for added support. Chat Support ROCKS!!

So far I am very happy! I will be using the Bold Discount and Upsell together. The apps were an easy install, some code I installed myself and I am not extremely knowledgeable but their documentation was easy to follow. The rest of the code I had the amazing support staff take care of. Cody and the rest of the team were very helpful. Still early to comment on effectiveness but for what it appears it will do the cost for there apps are great.

Review used to be a 5, now it's a 3. Was told my urgent request would be fixed right away and come to find out it was never fixed. It's now been over 24 hours and I'm being told it will be 2-3 more days.

I was super confused about something so I tried the "Chat with us" in the bottom right corner. Guri was SO helpful. Made my day much easier and answered all of my questions. My problem was fixed before I knew it!

Best customer service on Shopify! Had a minor issue and Cody was able to quickly respond and help me get things working! Parminder chimed in with an assist and like Jordan and Pippen of yesteryear success was mine! Update! Best Customer Service Gets Better! Had a tougher issue this time. Customers with quick clicking fingers were getting my BOGOs without a full price purchase. Reached out to BOLD and Guri and Navjot fixed the issue for me the same day. Truly outstanding customer service and great apps that really, really work!

Froze checkout on my store for a whole day until I noticed, maybe lost $1,000 in sales. Deactivated the app and a few days later I noticed my check out not working again, finally deleted and check out now working again. Tech support is useless. Install at your own risk.
