An absolute nightmare. If you go ahead be aware you are waiting over a week to get things up and running. No compatibility with other apps.

Closed my store for days! This Product Upsell app caused my store to be down for five days until Shopify stepped in to fix it. Injected scripts were being pushed into my store by the app which prevented our shipping methods to load – hence prevented customers to make a purchase. Bold couldn’t care less when they got involved, I got the most uninterested answer and they did not seem to find a reason to look further into it for other customers to avoid the same error. Five days without sales - that’s pretty expensive.

We have seen a large increase in our cart sizes. I m actually shocked at how well it has been working for us, and I am looking forward to integrating more Bold products into our shop.

This app paid for itself 2x over in just the very first day we were open. Also needed some help with customizing the modals and the team at Bold was lightning ⚡️ fast at getting back to us and helping us out. Already found a few more Bold apps we're interested in using ... and know they'll be able to help us get those dialed in too!

The idea of the app is nice, I have another one installed so I thought I try this one, but it looks so bad on mobile :( Wish you could edit it to fit mobile devices, I would like to keep this app because of it's features, but because most of my traffic is from mobile phone then this won't work

I was a little hesitant at first about installing the program. I had tried several and saw no results. I am so glad I cam across this one though! Within an hour of installing the program and setting up some rules, I saw results. Used in tandem with the bold brain app this has become and indispensable tool on my site. I think at the moment it works out that 1 in 5 orders has a product purchased because of this app. Absolutely brilliant. Easy to set up and very easy to use.

Incredible app! I'm really enjoying it. It's very easy to use and the support team is amazing! I downloaded a different app that messed with the coding of this app, and got help immediately to resolve my issues. Outstanding! Highly recommend!

The Product Upsell app is amazing. If you are looking to increase your sales instantly this is a must-have. Average Order Value (AOV) will increase drastically. As much as 50% or more. How could you do without this app? I know I can't. The support team is amazing. I had some issues getting the coding in place so I sent them an email and the next day it was completely done. What an amazing team.
