I found this app very useful and sync all our online orders in no time. Most importantly the support staff especially NICK.. was patient in understanding our needs and did all that was much needed. Thank you so much :-)

I was in touch with Sherwin from the support team via chat. Sherwin did a great job by walking me through the integration step by step and assisted in correcting sync errors as well as patiently waited while we had to remove tons of data on my side to bring the slate to clean. Very professional service indeed! Thanks Sherwin.

Had some small changes that I needed to make when setting up the integration and needed a bit of help. Contacted customer service through the chat and had someone to help right away.
