I had the best customer service experience of my life. Rods was incredibly patient, polite and genuinely determined to solve the problem, sometimes even more than I was. At one point, I was ready to give up, but Rods encouraged me to hold on while he tried a few more solutions, and it worked. Absolutely a 5-star service, without any doubt.

When using this app, a chat window opens automatically offering real person assistance. I had Ben assisting me through the process he was super helpful and knowledgeable, he made the whole thing a lot less daunting. Great customer service!

Nick has been such a great help, patient and professional. He has been so patiently in helping me to reconnect and solve my issuee. Truly surprise that QBO has such a great way of helping customer to solve their issue. Really take away alot of hassle in helping SME to kickstart their accounts properly.
