all apps are good but what distinguishes the good from the not so good is the after install support. Nick made everything easy and straight forward with a small sync issue.

This app is great! I needed some help to make sure that the Shopify invoices are assigned a new Invoice number in QB once they are synced over and Nick helped me get everything done within a few mins. It's working perfectly now and I'm super satisfied with this app.

I did not know how to sync everything between Shopify and Quickbooks, but thanks to Sherwin (who did everything by the way), I am able to access my products AND orders in Quickbooks from Shopify! How amazing is that? Thank you so much Sherwin for saving me loads of time! I cannot believe that I got this great service! Will definitely recommend Sherwin to help you with your problems or in my case my cluelessness (because I did not have the time to follow all the instructions online) to help you with syncing everything between the apps! Thank you thank you thank you Sherwin! You have made my day!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Rhica from QuickBooks support. They were incredibly personable, patient, and professional, and went above and beyond to fix my tariff issue. Rhica did all the heavy lifting behind the scenes and completely solved the problem that had been stopping my orders from syncing. Thanks to them, everything is running smoothly again. Truly outstanding support!
