I've been using Quickbooks for years very successfully. Now I have a Shopify store this sync facility is such a time saver! I did have one minor issue with the setup, but the chat window opened, saw I was having a problem, and all was resolved with the help of the agent, Rom, in less than two minutes.

Overall a great app. Customer support is excellent when you have problems as well. It's a little hard to get it all set up correctly but it saves a lot of time when you do.

I had issues with syncing between Shopify and QBO and Sherwin from connector jumped on to help. He was so fast and so helpful. He solved all my issues and he even educated me on a few points to do with connector and QBO. Once finished he gave me some links to QBO for me to learn more. Great help!

I had quite a few issues trying to get things to sync because of how the chart of accounts was set up. I got on chat and Rom answered almost straight away, stayed with me for over half an hour and got everything working. Honestly great service! And now it's much easier for me to record the fees with the shopify payouts and make sure everything is done correctly.
