I love this app and it is easy to use. I did manage to do something silly though when setting up products. I reached out to support and go the amazing Rom to assist. Rom was all over the problem instantly, sorted it out instantly and I was utterly impressed by how quickly my problem went from me thinking I would have to start from scratch to be completely fixed. This app has been a good solution for tying our b2b and b2c elements together. The support team especially LORI is excellent quickly and efficiently solving any problem. specific aspects that need improvement, such as how it deals with returns/exchanges, have yet to be addressed. once this has been solved I will definitely amend it to 5 stars.

I contacted support about a "6000" problem and Sherwin was able to quickly fix this and get our orders transferred.

This is the exact app we needed to sync our Shopify data with QBO. There is a good amount of control so you can set exactly what and when it get's synced over. We are able to just sync unpaid orders in Shopify so we are able to invoice in QBO. When I had an issue with the connector showing an error I used the live chat support and Clarisse was able to quickly fix my issue. Would recommend. Update: Needed help again and David was able to fix our issue in less than an hour of writing an email. Update: Sherwin solved our issue in a quick simple chat
