David is a great help in spotting the mistake I made with the connections. Guidance was very detail-oriented and visual, with screenshots. It was very time efficient, and my sync problem between Shopify and QBO for my invoices was settled promptly.

I have been very happy with the assistance provided by Karol in trying to resolve an issue I have with syncing data between Shopify and Quickbooks Online.

Every time I have a question or need help the chat support has resolved my issues seamlessly and immediately! They have the best customer support. Today my support person Ben fixed my issue within a couple of minutes. I wish that every online service was as prompt, friendly and reliable.

Fairly straight forward set up. I had a few small syncing errors and using the Live Chat feature I was connected with Ben in less than a minute and he solved all my issues immediately. Very happy with the app and customer service.

Sherwin, one of there support agents, helped me tremendously for over an hour fix a number of problems I was struggling with for weeks. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I had trouble syncing an entire year's worth of transactions from Shopify to Quickbooks and Ronnie was absolutely amazing! He was so patient in helping me get all my settings correct and even helping me transfer all the data. Thanks, Ronnie, you're an absolute gem!

Had a sync issue with a handful of orders ("2500 - Invalid Reference Id : Line.SalesItemLineDetail.ItemRef"). Clarisse helped me out over chat, within minutes the issue was sorted. Very satisfied with the app.

We have been using this app for 2 years and it has a learning curve that needs to be applied but with folks like David and Rapheal you can sit back and watch the problems resolve themselves. David helped me before my regular work hours so I am not sure their work hours but they are always there to help. The support is only chat but honestly it leaves my other resources free to do other tasks at the same time! This saves time and money! I always feel comfortable when David jumps on the chat. I know the problem is solved after a few quick answers and on with the next tasks! Keep up the good work David and Rapheal! I am sure there are others on the ready to help but this is my experience.
