App works as it should, just be sure to set your sync date properly as you cannot import historic data without the help of customer service. I had to go this route and Dean helped me get it done. Thank you Dean!

This app has been very helpful with syncing our Shopify sales transaction data (including product line item details, sales tax, discounts, promotional merchandise) to QBO for us. We've had issues with the sales tax mapping on multiple occasions; Shopify is somehow permitting the customer's "ship to" city address to create new tax mapping codes within the Connector app settings, which do not accurately represent how we collect sales tax based on our business shipping address, or transactions sync to QBO as if no sales tax was collected. This has created errors that I have to make manual corrections for in QBO, while also reaching out to the Connector app support staff for assistance. Rom helped me this last time to correct the sales tax issue and was able to re-sync a transaction so that it was correct. He was very patient and investigated the issue thoroughly, going back into the history of my prior support tickets to find the best possible solution. Fingers crossed this will continue to work for the long term!

OneSaaS (Karol especially) are awesome, honestly support helped me get 3x stores connected to quickbooks over the course of 2 hours with no issue. Super helpful and guided me through, syncing payment methods before loading in payments. can't recommend enough this enough.

An essential app that connects you to a powerful website, Quickbooks. I had issues setting it up to work, I spoke with Dean through the online chat window and he helped me solve every problem I had! We used OneSaas to import sales from Shopify to our QBO account and it was a huge help. Customer support in the app is very responsive & helpful. Today I worked with Sherwin who was courteous and capable. Updated - 7/6/23 - I continue to have wonderful support from the chat representatives. Today I worked with David and my problem was resolved quickly and completely.

The team behind QuickBooks is super friendly, they help you set up everything yourself without accountants. I have no accounting background and Mr. SHERWIN from the support team was instrumental in helping me from A to Z setting up and automating my accounting. He helped me sync my Shopify store to QuickBooks and was extremely patient with me explaining everything despite my lack of accounting background. Definitely recommend this amazing tool, shout out to SHERWIN for his amazing support!
