I worked with Sherwin in customer support via the chat and he was fantastic. He was willing to review all the complicated errors I was having with QBO Connector and he explained in great detail what was happening. He was willing to go above and beyond the call to ensure all my errors were corrected. It was an amazing experience.

I'm really glad QBO has made this a priority. Previously, I used a third-party app that has caused all sorts of accounting issues. When they started asking for money for a basic linking service, I was able to get this installed and Rom helped me through tax alignment issues.
