Jasmin was very helpful with my issue. Although QBO suddenly decided to temporarily remove the important order syncing part of the connector, Jasmin quickly offered the information and to notify me once this is fixed.

We recently installed this for our main store. Tech support started really well, but we soon hit the limits of their or their Bot's capabilities. We, like many stores, have D2C, B2B, and POS customers. The app is not capable of handling all three. You have to choose one which totally messes up your accounting. In today's world, how many stores operate on a single channel? We have tried to escalate the issue and have been given the runaround for two weeks now.

Set up the connection and it seems to be all working like a dream! Orders are able to come through with order numbers, so you can easily see the amount from each order, and not have to match with the Shopify invoice! Rods was super helpful in setting up the connection - pop a note in the web chat if you are looking for help with it. I can highly recommend it - it will make your life much easier!
