Francis was able to help me with fixing shipping and discount line items that were missing in Shopify. There is still some other issues with Shopify not syncing over all selling fees, etc. correctly and he escalated the issue.
Our Shopify-Quickbooks connecter was offline. Support rep RODS got us back up and running in under 5 minutes.

I spent the entire day in support with Angel, who truly lives up to the name. They persevered and were able to piece together a workaround that let me return to the legacy version, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, the reason I needed help at all is that what was once a great app has taken a serious step backwards after the forced update. Please, if you haven’t updated yet, I strongly suggest holding off until these issues are resolved.

This app is terrible, really bad transition to completely new accounting system. Do not recommend using Quickbooks and we are seriously considering switching if people have recommendations.

Intuit forced a migration from the legacy Shopify connector to this new sync, and it is completely broken. Instead of posting sales properly, it routes every Shopify order into the Banking Feed, requiring manual acceptance one by one. Worse, none of the transactions can be accepted. Every attempt fails with a generic “Something isn’t working” error. Refreshing, reconnecting, or remapping does nothing. This is not user error. It is a backend failure shipped to production with no rollback option. Once migrated, you are stuck unless you fully disconnect and move to a paid third party app. The result is -sales stop posting to QuickBooks -books silently fall out of sync -accountants waste hours troubleshooting something that cannot be fixed -businesses are forced into paid tools just to restore basic functionality This app should not be live. If you rely on Shopify to QuickBooks syncing, do not install this.

**UPDATE 4th Feb 2026*** 02 Feb 2026 - Five Stars for Shopify Staff in help in resolving this issue! Jasmin was great today, took me through the query I had and helped me resolve step by step. Came back to Shopify after a discussion with QBO and spoke to JENNY to check the feedback from QBo, she was amazing and got me to a point we were near resolving and moving back to the old connector. 03 Feb 2026 To complete the process of moving to the old connector I spoke to Jebran, obviously a lot is going on with the issues around the new connector. Once Jeb had caught up with the trail of discussion he reassured me he was able to completed the process started by Jenny. To the developers - no stars to the developers due to the stress and additional work caused. It would be good to have some communication on what has happened how it will be rectified and how you are moving forward. What compensation will be given to companies for the time spent resolving these issues. The additional work in resolving payments and collecting monies and reconciling. I agree with the comments left by previous reviewers. 04 Feb 2025 Thanks to the support team we are successfully back to the old connector. We will need reassurance to move in future to a new connector based on the experience we have had with this move. This has caused considerable additional time to resolve (over a week) and delays in the collection of payments. The impact on business is significant, with no communication from yourselves to advise or reassure.

Wait time was so very long but Franics was helpful to the end. Something wrong with the integration with several companies and a pain to delete and re-sync. Takes a lot of time to fix for something that should work perfectly. Five stars for Francis but only 3 for the app.

I had an issue with inventory syncing which was quickly and efficiently identified and fixed by Sherwin. Always great support and customer service on the very odd occasion it is required.
Wait time to get help was brutal. I now realize it's because this whole integration change is a hot mess, transition wise, and the reps need to take a ton of time to sort everyone out. Nick was very helpful and patient. This whole experience was very frustrating and he walked me through it, kept me on track and we got it done. Someone didn't plan this transition very well, but Nick was good to get me through it despite that. Thanks Nick.
Had an issue with syncing the invoices from my Shopify store to my Quickbooks Online. Got on a chat with Francis and he was extremely helpful and quick to answer. Really nice to talk too and thorough in explaining the solutions. Great service from Francis!
