Support throughout the trial has been exceptional thus far with Karol and others. I will further update as i continue to evaluate this app. But so far, it is good.
Vince helped me and was so helpful, solved my issue and more! I was frustrated but then the customer support really helped with my issue
Hazel helped me quickly , precisely and patiently. so far so good with support from this app. im not generally a fan of linkage apps but i do like good support.
2023-05-09: ROM was polite and technically competent to resolve my syn issue. 2023-04-19: Nice to see Ronnie post-Covid. Ronnie is knowledgeable and has pinpointed my sync issue with Shopify. Thank you, Ronnie. 2020-10-14: I like the online support about a sync from Shopify to QBO. Ronnie was fast and knew his stuff. Thank you, Ronnie.
Spent almost 1 hour online chatting with customer support. Excellent customer service, Troy is very patient, and he fixed up all the errors, all good now.
Great app and customer service is very efficient. Recent help requests were handled promptly by Clarisse and Troy.

I would be VERY careful using this app to sync your data from Shopify to QBO. There are things this app does not do and that they will not make you aware of in advance. Point of Sale exchanges as an example are not recorded. If you look in OneSaas the order will show as synced, without issue and no warning yet the exchange is not recorded in QBO leading to inaccurate inventory and financials in QBO. Looking over the product page, and the support page for the app, I could not find even an acknowledgement of the limitation (at the time of writing) showing this limitation. Very disappointing.

Very nice app but I wish they would support multi-location by marking the sales with the location in QB. Karol offered very quick and solid support.
Does what it says on the tin so far. And the customer care has been really good so far. Had a super fast response from Karol who was able to resolve an issue I had within 10 minutes of submitting a question . (Edit) Having contact Karol again about some further issues, she was able to react and resolve everything really quickly and was able to provide some suggestions on how I could update some of the other apps I use to streamline everything which was even better! Would recommend for sure.
Hazel was great in helping me integrate my app and gave me advice for QBO to be easier in set up. Great patience and help on every step of the way.
