The customer service reps who help out are AMAZING! I have worked with Ben many times and he is EXTRAORDINARY! They fix any problems, that are MOSTLY made by "ourselves" because we are not clear how the whole thing works. THEN, when they fix a broken element for you they TEACH you what it is you did wrong by the EXAMPLE! LOVE IT. They are FAST! Thanks so much for all your SUPER FAST help! I have worked with Sherwan, Marck, Rafael and Vincent and they are ALL Super AWESOME! Thanks again! YOU GUYS are why I use OneSaas! Today Paul helped me out with a big problem that I self created. They are BRILLIANT FAST and SUPER NICE!

Vince from onesaas has offered great help and service. All the issues were sorted in such short time. Strongly recommended this app and service. It save me lots of time to do the stocktake.

We've had issues with inventory not syncing correctly, but Karol really helped understand exactly what the problem was and did a fantastic job of answering any questions that we had.

Getting set up was easy and well worth the initial trial period to see if the app is right for you/your business. The thing that gives OneSaas a 5 star rating is the customer service. I had a few sync issues that were slowing us down and kept us from getting the most out of the app. I just spent about 30 minutes chatting with Karol who walked me through the process to get it all set up properly. So helpful and absolutely great to work with. There are many apps out there that do similar things but customer service is king in my eyes. Thanks for all the help Karol!

Wonderful experience. Not only is the app very intelligent the customer service is even better. They're always there to help with fast and knowledgable service to resolve issues on the spot. It has bugs at times, but customer service is great. Hazel has helped me several times and has been detailed and attentive.

Just signed up on the app. Had some syncing difficulties but Hazel was really good walking me through and helping me to get it working properly.

7/1/21 - Had another issue (Self created) again.... Worked with Dean and man, I tell you what, these guys are AMAZING. Super quick response time got right to the issue and helped me with a fix. What an amazing team, thank you for making it so painless!!!! I am using this app to integrate my existing QBO system to my new shopify store. Had some hurdles (self created) that I needed some assistance with. I used the chat support in the app and spoke to Rafael. He was more than accommodating, and helped me understand the process that I had to go through to get things to work correctly. Very helpful! Good support and customer service is most important to me when I am having issues. OneSaas has been there to help.

Had issues with figuring out where to start and properly set up the app but Ronnie helped us out and so far so good

There were aspects of my integration that I didn't understand until after. Some of it had to be undone and redone. Karol efficiently and patiently cleaned up my mess and set things right. An ideal support experience!!

Awesome help from Hazel in Customer Support. She helped us resolve some syncing issues we had between OneSaaS and QuickBooks Online.

I have had this app controlling the integration from my Store to my accounting software for some time now, since the old version. I have just now updated to the new version and am even happier. With great support from Ronnie on the help chat. Ronnie really went above and beyond to make sure everything was right with what i needed and make it pain free. Defiantly recommend this app!
