I have been using QBO for a few years and just had an amazing experience while using the OneSaaS app to address a small issue with the syncing between QBO and Shopify. I managed to fix it easily enough, then a customer service person called Jasmin popped up on the chat tool. She asked if I needed help with anything else, as the initial problem was fixed, so I asked about a few of the syncing options in the OneSaaS app as they looked potentially useful but I didn't know much about them. Long story short, I now have the Shopify fees and refund receipts automatically syncing with QBO. These two things have caused me so much work to manually achieve over the years, so I am incredibly grateful to Jasmin for taking the time to explain how they worked and getting them set up for me - it will save me so much time! Jasmin, thank you for all your help, it is greatly appreciated!

Very easy to set up, and the customer service is exceptional. I had an issue with the how much historical data I could import, and Nick helped me get the dates extended to cover my historical data. Very happy with the customer service and support.

Customer Service Sherwin is very helpful and patient, answered all of my questions as a non-fiannce person, and guided me step to step to set up my sync. Definitely will recommend this app. Second time to ask for help, luckly it's still Sherwin, she did a great help to ask questions. I'm waiting for my problem to be resloved.

all apps are good but what distinguishes the good from the not so good is the after install support. Nick made everything easy and straight forward with a small sync issue.

This app is great! I needed some help to make sure that the Shopify invoices are assigned a new Invoice number in QB once they are synced over and Nick helped me get everything done within a few mins. It's working perfectly now and I'm super satisfied with this app.

I did not know how to sync everything between Shopify and Quickbooks, but thanks to Sherwin (who did everything by the way), I am able to access my products AND orders in Quickbooks from Shopify! How amazing is that? Thank you so much Sherwin for saving me loads of time! I cannot believe that I got this great service! Will definitely recommend Sherwin to help you with your problems or in my case my cluelessness (because I did not have the time to follow all the instructions online) to help you with syncing everything between the apps! Thank you thank you thank you Sherwin! You have made my day!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Rhica from QuickBooks support. They were incredibly personable, patient, and professional, and went above and beyond to fix my tariff issue.
