Nick was amazing. I was staring at my computer cross-eyed and confused ready to give up. My computer made a blip noise and a chat started with Nick asking if I needed to help. Incredible service, and I love that it wasn't AI or a bot - he is a real person and was extremely helpful. Thanks, Nick! Still very confused, but that's not on you - you were very very helpful in getting my set up and on well on my way to figuring this all out. The configuration and integration support was amazing.

Very pleased with the support from Sherwin, not many places where support contacts you first to resolve any problems! I was playing around with some settings and he popped into the chat to see how I was getting along. For a beginner the configuration can be quite confusing but he helped me with a few queries that I had very quickly.

It was so nice to coordinate with Jenny resolving my issues regarding the integration of Shopify store to Quickbooks. Knowledgeable and very patient. Top-tier customer support. Had another query the next day and Ben was so quick to assist. Was resolved in no time. Top-tier CSR!

It is not super userfriendly to set up. But Wen was super helpful. Everything works well for now :)
