Nick from QuickBooks Customer Service provided outstanding support. He was incredibly helpful, detailed, polite, and patient throughout our interaction. He initially assisted me via email, but when he realized that live support would be more efficient, he quickly transitioned to that method—making the entire process smoother and faster. His ability to adapt and provide the right level of support at the right time really stood out. Thanks to Nick’s professionalism and attentiveness, my issue was resolved with minimal stress. I truly appreciate his commitment to great customer service!

I was able to sync my QBO to shopify with this app. It was a bit of learning curve, but chatting with my bookkeeper, I was able to answer the many questions that QBO required. The more technically stuff I reached out in the Launch app and was connected to Francis. They were able to help me tweak the app so that that it worked with QBO. I hope this integration QBO and shopify will help my customer's orders. Francis was very patient, and was able to answer all of my quesions. I am glad for their help.

I just had the best experience! I was struggling with understanding the integration process and Ben popped on and was so patient and helpful. He even found me after I accidentally shut him down, lol! Amazing customer service is sometimes hard to find but Ben nailed it today!

Very quick and professional help from Nick. Easy to ask questions of and immediate responses. He has solved a few issues we had. The app itself works well but we have had to troubleshoot a lot of issues. Instructions on the app are minimal, so although it tells you generally what the problems are, it's not obvious how to solve them.

Nick was great supporting me with my queries and this works perfectly now! Update 05/06: Further support was required when the products weren't quite syncing correctly and Jenny sorted it promptly without fuss! Update 22/01/26: Further support needed again and this time Jebran was fantastic, thanks to all the team for their great support

I wasn’t too sure how to go about integrating Shopify with QuickBooks Online Global, and honestly, the process felt a bit overwhelming at first. But Ben from the support team made all the difference. He first helped me over email, and then followed up with live chat support to walk me through everything step by step. He was incredibly nice, patient, and genuinely helpful. What started as a scary move from Excel spreadsheets to QuickBooks Online ended up being smooth and much less stressful thanks to his support. Really grateful for the excellent customer service!

Very seamless app. I had a small issue to fix when syncing my first order, it was new and unfamiliar for me, but Sherwin took care of it in a matter of minutes. Very happy to have such good customer support. Everything looks good, it automatically syncs and matches my transactions in Quickbooks.
