Ronnie, This guy is absolutely amazing. He spent a few hours with me and we worked through everything that was going on with my connection. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone that uses shopify and Quickbooks.

So far the App is good. It is integrating most of my sales with QuickBooks fairly seamlessly. Sherman on the help chat was particularly helpful and friendly.

App imports data a little weird sometimes but not hard to clean up and the best thing available for this kind of link-up. Amazing customer service - THANKS ROM! Highly recommend. This is saving us days of time.

Had some implementations and mapping issues with QBO, Ronnie came to the rescue over the online chat support. Quick response, no wait time, he provided a solution that worked and was patient while I was implementing.

Sherwin was super helpful and patient when helping out undertanding that us entrepreneurs may be juggling a lot of different functions and not always under all the intricacies of each software. Glad to see this high level of customer service!

Sherwin provided me with exceptional assistance in resolving multiple integration issues between Shopify and QBO. I had to complete a ton of run around between Shopify and QBO support to finally find out that QB connector has its own support. A which point Sherwin was able to assist with various request in a professional manner. If you need assistance you should reach out Sherwin by listing your issue so he understands, then connect with him so you do not have to repeat yourself to other support members. Sherwin was extremely helpful and I recommend using him with issues you encounter.

Just installed the App today in Canada. I utilized chat right away to ask for assistance. At first I got David, he was a great help but in my process of uploading Chrome I lost him (my fault). David was awesome and I know he would have helped me. So once back on with Chrome I signed on to chat again. This time I got Lori. She helped me though the whole set up process and was amazing. She was patient and helpful and is getting back to me later with one minor discrepancy in the first upload. I picked this App because it was from Intuit and that made me feel confident. Now after my first and second experience with Support I am very happy that I choose this App. Thank you David and Thank you Lori - keep up the good work. All the Clients really appreciate it! Since I got going on the App I have been helped by Floribelle and by Troy. They were both very responsive and helped me. I have never had an App before with such exceptional service
