I needed support with integration between shopify and quickbooks - Ben was most helpful and answered all my questions whilst giving useful screenshots to show me progress of current tasks.

Ben was incredibly helpful and speedy in dealing with my question. He was able to look at the specific transactions and help me with more information so that I can reconcile my bank in QB. Great service

Was in trouble with Integrating SHOPIFY POS with Quickbooks online. Finally got a customer care(Mr.NICK), helped me from 0 to 100, with atmost patience and fully acknowledged with quickbook and shopify both. Thank you once again for the support. Update-19/06/2025- Had a trouble on syncing new shopify account with QB, Mr. Wen helped really well to solve it with most patience.

I was a bit lost but Sherwin logged on at the exact right time to help me get it all set up. He synced my historic data as well so I have everything in Quickbooks back to when I opened my store.
