Great app and integration. Also, Ben was incredibly helpful in assisting me with syncing QuickBooks and Shopify. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the process seamless. I really appreciate his support and expertise.

I want to second the one star reviews of the past few weeks. The new app is non-functional for our business. Our product mapping primary key between Shopify and QBO was the SKU number, but the new app no longer has this feature. Now we have to manually review each Shopify transaction and add the correct product and the correct class. It's not worth spending that much time. I would love to move back to the old integration app. UPDATE: After working with Jiji, she was able to reactivate the OneSaas integration platform again. I still need to do some work to reenable it, but I appreciate her help a lot through this.

It is very easy to set up but I wish the fees would come in better. It's an overly complicated entry. Ben at customer service was great!!

I've used this app for a few years now to manage sales receipts in Quickbooks Online. I recently had an issue where my Shopify disconnected and my settings were lost. Thankfully, Ben was super helpful in getting everything back how it needed to be in record time! Thank you for the great customer support.
